I don't deal with this app, as it is in the wheelhouse of my business partner, but I can comment on the customer service. When we do have a problem, they are very responsive and offer succinct instructions for the fix. We do not often have a problem, and many times it is not on their end but, instead, something we have done. No matter the cause, they help us sort it out and get things moving forward. Thanks!

We have been using the app for a few years, and overall it does a good job. I sometimes struggle with bulk uploading excel file, when something changes in the discount groups, and it is not easy to find the error. A good thing is that the support is working. I would suggest, a better tool to find the problem in the excel sheet, instead of an error just saying the Excel is not correct.

I am running a unique shop that has both retail and some limited wholesale items. We will be scaling both types of products in the future. This works fantastic for a seamless unique wholesale experience. We needed something that will be scalable and this is it. Also, the level of customer service is also top shelf! Incredible support!!!! We are in a different time zone but every time I leave the team a list of instructions and questions everything is sorted as soon as they are back online. The app itself is doing everything we need, allows our wholesalers to login and make orders themselves at wholesale price, which saves our team lots of time in emails and back and forth with manual order forms. 10/10 :)

The app works fine and if it doesn't match exactly your need, you can always ask the IT team some help. Even with the time shift, they try to be available and are very responsive on every requests we have (always in 12h max). The app performs well with the Lock Manager solution.

We had some initial setup issues but they have been amazing at both fixing our issues and even integrating with some other apps and implementing their app with our website. Happy with the feature set and customer service.

The app is not even bad. But man...the support team is quite awful. They offer a solution where you can merge your B2B/B2C shops, where their team takes care of installing the code on your theme files. Well, after a week their "TECHNICAL" team couldn't even access products. They didn't success to do what they offer and asked ME to help. Just don't waste time with such improvised "professionals".

If I could give 0 starts I would! Had such high hope for this app after seeing they had 4.8 star reviews. I spent 2 months recoding / redesigning my site and adding built in features. I explicitly told the dev team to not break my site and to reach out during implementation if they had any questions or issues, since it was heavily coded. They broke my chekout button. Had custom code to add shipping insurance and signature options at checkout = Now broken. Never reached out during implementation to advise of such. They went a head and published the theme they were working on... While still working on it?!?! Had to tell them to unpublish the theme version they were working on. NOT HAPPY and NOT IMPRESSED!
