This app was more than we could have hoped for, but more importantly, the development team was extremely responsive - quick, thorough, supportive, like no other app we have ever used. The app allows us to easily tailor pricing for each customer with an intuitive process that was very well designed. The file upload and tag system was super easy and our customers are enjoying how simple it is to use that we think they will order more than they originally intended to.

If you are looking for custom pricing for your customers. This is the app. You can customize shipping prices for accounts, offer percentages off of products/collections, or even specific pricing for specific products. I've tried several other Shopify apps for custom pricing and none come close to the ease of use or quality. Amazing app and amazing support team behind it.

The app is robust and offer a great wholesale tools. The customer support is outstanding. When you first install, the theme code need to be changed and it took about a day for the app to be ready to try. We wanted a solution with customer signup and volume/tiered discounts which required upgrade, I wasn't sure how to go about it but it was all explained to me within minutes. I installed the lock manager as well so now I have a wholesale site within my main retail page. The customer service is super fast and knowledgable

Kudos to the team at WPD, they are so easy to work with! We're using the Wholesale Pricing Discount basic plan and so far, so good. It does exactly what we want it to do. They set everything up for us to get started and their FAQ information is straight forward and easy to follow. We did get charged a small fee for having some complex areas on our website, but the ease and convenience of just having the program work was well worth the money. We researched a lot of apps and read a lot of other reviews before choosing this one and so far we're very pleased. Thank you, WPD team! Keep up the good work and great service.

We use this app to keep track of multiple pricing tiers for all our different products. The app allows us to have individual pricing for all our products, which is great. Support has also been quick, responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend this app to anyone needing to offer different pricing on their website.

I haven't used the app yet but honestly, I'm already blown away by the technical help and customer service. The tech team and beyond have made life so much easier by setting up the app for you and checking to make sure it won't interfere with other apps you may have installed. They even helped me brainstorm a fix when the Wholesale Pricing Discount app did interfere with an app, which means I still get to use it and felt incredibly supported every step of the way. I can't wait to get started using it for wholesale customers!

J'utilise cette application pour donner des rabais à nos revendeurs et d'autres clients qui ont des comptes commerciaux. C'est génial! Le service à la clientèle est juste parfait! Ils répondent rapidement... le seul problème c'est qu'ils ne parlent pas français! Par contre le net 30 jours n'est pas efficace pour moi.

This app is working great for us and the support is amazing, the most responsive for any app we use. I am also super impressed by new improvements they have already made since we purchased the app just a few months ago, including adding the "apply discounts" button directly to the back end checkout page. Game changer!
