It's really good for setting up wholesale stores. It has a lot of options that give you the expertese and function for running a professional wholesale store. The only slight issues I had was that the instructional videos are all based on what I assume are previous versions, so there are some slight differences, and the appearance of some of the features (such as the customer sign up form and included fonts and colours) need to be neatened up as they don't match the rest of my theme, although I'm sure this can be fixed. Other than that, we find it really useful for our needs and customer service is great. Thank you!

Outstanding Wholesale Pricing App! If you're worried about implementing into your website, their service team will put your fears to ease and work towards solutions. Darshin and the entire team are very responsive and worked on implementing the app to our dynamic website daily until our needs were met. We made the switch to Wholesale Pricing Discount because our previous wholesale pricing app was causing poor website loading speeds. This app helped fix that problem and is less expensive. This app also allows for us to better control wholesale shipping rates and other features that allowed us to eliminate other apps. In summary: #1 customer service, best pricing, saved us money and improved website speed. Worth a try.

We use the app for our FoodSevice Clients. It has the ability to set prices in groups or individually set them If there is a special price for the item. The sign up FoodService/wholesale signup form is also great but needs a little tweak from their team to suit your requirement. A shoutout to Ajay, he is a rare gem! He helped me use the app with ease but make the process simple yet professional! The spirit of his service is commendable! Well done Guys!

I'm surprised this app has over 200 , 5 star reviews! The app has some serious bugs. We installed it on one of our sites and tried it for 10 days. We found several bugs. I spoke with their support staff on the phone/chat a few times and confirmed these bugs. Here are some of them: - renaming a discount group deletes all your individual pricing data. I lost hours of work because of this. - A check box in the settings page to apply the discounts to "compared to price" does not work. It continues to discount the sale price or whilesell buyers. - Individual pricing function ignores percentage numbers entered for each product. It only saves the calculated dollar value. If you change the price of a product you have to go back and update all individual pricing data manually. This apps needs a lot more work and testing before it is released. Some of these bugs easily could be identified.

I'm surprised there's not a single rating under 5 stars. Look, I don't usually write reviews unless something needs to be said. I hope this review can help someone else out like me in the future - and maybe serve as a reality check to the developers. I don't think this app is cut-out for custom designed themes. Working with the developers has been slow and they just couldn't get the details right. Tags have appeared out of nowhere assigned to customers, or discounts have been suddenly enabled that shouldn't have been enabled, to name a couple issues. I'm sure the app works perfectly if you have a basic Shopify theme, but the details matter with us. One mess-up here or there can cost thousands in a flash. For that, we have suffered, but honestly, I think this app is still the best I could find. It just doesn't deserve 5 stars in my opinion. We still use the app, benefit from its features, and so on. It's just not an "across-the-board" 5 star app. There's a lot to be desired from the customer service - timeliness of the customer service, and quality of the app itself. I've stopped reaching out to customer service because they ultimately can't get the issues fixed that we need fixed in a timely manner. And I'm compelled to leave this review after an another unknown bug just cost our store a fair amount of money. Tread carefully.

The functionality and ease of use for this app is awesome. We used it to set up contractor volume pricing without having to lock off part of our website. Not only does it work well, but it also looks really great. It's also a good way to get around the inability to do multiple simultaneous discount codes.

The Wholesale Helper app was great to outline multiple price levels for different customer groups and has worked easily. Our customization needs were relatively light, but the team there responded quickly and efficiently to make sure the app worked well for our needs. After looking through a few different options, WH was the best solution we found for our needs.
