We’ve had a great experience with Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B so far. The app offers the flexibility needed to support both retail and wholesale customers within one Shopify store, which has been especially valuable for keeping operations streamlined without compromising the customer experience. The pricing tools are robust and practical, especially for customer-specific pricing, volume discounts, and managing wholesale logic in a way that feels organized rather than clunky. It also helps create a more polished B2B workflow without needing a separate store. What stands out most is the support team. They’ve been responsive, helpful, and clear when questions come up, which makes a big difference when implementing anything that touches pricing and customer access. Overall, this is a strong solution for brands that need dependable wholesale functionality inside Shopify, and we’re excited to continue building with it.

I was looking for a wholesale option that fit into our industry where we have strong D2C but also B2B. Coupled with their lock app we have managed to work on a way to customise it into our website. They have been very responsive and worked on making it custom. This means there’s a bit of time needed to set up how you want discount groups to run if you have regional differences with customer shipping and prices, playing with your own theme functionality and LOTS of testing to get you started but the service so far has been great. They are very understanding and kind. I’m yet to figure out the Xero integration part for net terms but I’m confident I will be able to work with the team to sort anything I need. By far the best customer support I have ever recieved. Unlike most apps where trying to do a call is difficult they are eager and proud to call with you. Parth Lakhani was who I called with and he did an amazing job at explaining everything.

Wholesale Pricing Discount is an excellent app, straightforward, intuitive, and refreshingly not overcomplicated (and we tested many of the top options available). Depending on how you choose to set it up (we decided to layer B2B pricing over our existing B2C website), we ended up with a solid solution that’s easy to manage and quick to update. It loads fast, doesn’t slow down the cart, and avoids the “twitchy” behavior you sometimes get with other apps as they switch between screens. .....Because it overlays neatly onto your current store setup, it feels seamless for the customer, while still giving you a clean, well-designed interface to manage wholesale pricing, terms, and conditions. A dedicated B2B portal and quick-order form is available if that’s your preference, but for us, the full website experience is the better fit. Our retail partners are boutique stores, and we want them to browse and experience the products exactly as an end customer would.

Everything I have been told by their sales team about features and functionality is true! I'm using Shopify website to sell to both retail and wholesale customers (wholesale prices can only be seen by approved wholesale customers). After 4 months of using "Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B, Order Form, Wholesale Lock", I am still able to reach customer service and get help quickly. Many times it seems someone is just waiting for me to reach out through Chat. Today I asked for a how to video to use the "Wholesale Order Form" customer service made a quick how to video and sent it to me in chat. Perfect - Thank you.

I just started using Wholesale Pricing. Beforehand, I had a lot of questions and was very critical, because I had bad experiences with similar apps from other providers. However, WPD's support has been fantastic and all my concerns have been addressed! So far, the app seems to do exactly what I need it to do. A big plus for me is that the app doesn't interfere too much with my existing cart.
