I was working on a very time-sensitive B2B setup and needed help urgently. Although the app doesn’t normally provide on-demand call support, Shanna went above and beyond to assist me, even hopping on a Google Meet right away to walk me through my questions. The app itself is powerful yet straightforward. It’s designed to handle some of the most complex wholesale pricing scenarios and integrates seamlessly with Shopify POS, which was a must for my project. The interface is user-friendly and the logic behind it is simple to implement, even with hundreds of product variants. Overall, I’m very impressed with both the support and the app. It delivers exactly what a serious B2B merchant needs while keeping things intuitive. Keep up the great work!

Everything was installing just fine. Link to sign up, even got a notification that someone signed up. But when it came time to approving them, it was nothing but a headache. Then I am asked to check with my IT dept. You know a small business owner just trying to afford the website fees alone. Thank you but no thank you.

Great app. We were looking to integrate B2B into our retail site. After a long app search, I found Wholesale Helper to be the best option. Had the features that we needed (wholesale lock, wholesale pricing, net terms) at a reasonable price. Plus, the support is great. We wanted the B2B portion to be seamlessly integrated into our site with little visual differences. Their support team was able to do that in a very quick manner. As well as accommodating small custom changes. They got things done usually within a business day. Very reliable. Big thank you to Shanna, she assisted us with most of our support requests, very kind and fast responses.

They did it again. This team never lets you down, no matter how long you’ve been with them. They helped me tweak my site to fit exactly what I needed, were super responsive, and honestly saved me when I was scrambling to get organized for launch. I would not have hit my deadline without them. The app itself is simple and works perfectly for letting different customer types log in and see their own pricing. But what really makes Wholesale Helper stand out is the team. I’m not very tech savvy, and they took the time to understand my questions and find solutions that worked for my business. Love this app.

I have to say the customer service for this app is on of the best I've seen. They install your theme Integration at no charge within 1-2 business days. Reponses from the company is really quick. I would say so far my experience has been nothing but stellar with them. Would highly recommend.

After testing several wholesale (B2B) apps we decided to go with this app. It offered the most comprehensive features and the pricing is reasonable. It also had the option to connect to other related apps for additional features such as the WSH Order Form & ReOrder which we also ended up installing and using. The team there is very quick to answer our inquiries and helped us set things up exactly how we wanted. They helped us with our custom requests as well. Shanna from the team is very knowledgeable and assisted multiple times with quick and effective solutions after we started using the app. While Parth helped us in finding the right app features and with our initial set up phase.

There is currently a global shopify issue preventing checkout on my site. when I reached out to the developers of this app thinking it might be the app, they responded in 15 minutes AND had already built a work-around to make my site operable again despite the continued shopify issues. Very very pleased with the customer support and the app does exactly what we want it to do.
