Generally, it's a great app for individual discounts, BUT we live in a globalized world, and the app does not support any kind of translation or allow third-party apps to translate the app's content on the frontend. If this could be optimized, it would be fantastic! Unfortunately, customer service mentioned it's not possible at the moment :(

Great customer service! Having trouble customizing discounts and free shipping. Their team was responsive and guided me through the process. They also logged into our account with permission access to complete an update and change some settings for us. Very helpful!

This Ap is a Scam i down loaded it to try took me less than an hour to realise that it is a junky poorly code ap and i removed it a Free 14 day trail yes a Free trail that i deleted in less than an hour and these scammers charged my account $14.95 why would anyone trust a company so blatant in their fraud and disrepect to the customers than try their ap A free 14 day trail does not Cost $14.95. A 14 day free trail is free and only a scam orgainisation would charge you Stay away at all costs

The customer service of the previous wholesale app was terrible. I switched to Wholesale Pricing NOW WOD. It didn't work perfectly at first, but the customer service resolved it perfectly, and now everything is working again. TOP and keep it up.

Provides the service we need for our customers. After being in use for a while, we did have an issue pop up that customer service was able to take care of for us. Our issue was a niche one, and so did take a little while to resolve, however Alina and Roel kept us up to date and would respond to our queries quickly and efficiently.
