We are a non-profit and W&CP had to do some development work for us to be able to use the app—which went well. They also fixed a bug in our discount structure quickly. Overall we are quite satisfied with the set up process and order processing. While we have not had enough orders to give a full assessment, the app looks like it will do what we need to do. We needed to upgrade so we could have enough discount groups for different characteristics of discounters.

We needed to onboard about 50 wholesale customers and needed an app to give customer specific pricing. We are already using Bulk Discounts Now (which works great) so I downloaded Wholesale Pricing Now. There were some compatibility issues with our website theme but Josh at Website On-Demand helped us clear up every issue we were facing and now it works flawlessly. Reach out to them for help if the app isn't working exactly as it should when you download it, a lot of times it is only a small tweak needed in their apps code to fix it! (which they do at no extra charge!) Thanks again for your help Josh!

I sent a request as I was demo-ing the app. They replied in 30 minutes, used a contributor access and then helped reconfigure our "theme" to be even better to show discounts for our clients. Amazing! Josh went above and beyond and we are only demo-ing the product. 100% we are signing up for full access to this app. That's some pretty stellar customer support. A+ 5 Star!

This is such an easy to use app. I needed a way to customize pricing on specific products for certain Dealers without doing a blanket percentage discount, and this works perfect. Not to mention they have great, fast support.

I had a small issue on initial install which ended up being my own stupidity. Support was great! This app is exactly what we were looking for for our B2B customers.

I have had a terrible time with this app; my wholesale customers are very frustrated that they can't order with ease (quantity restrictions, and pricing/checkout failures are a constant thing), and I'm manually adjusting every order. Their customer service is with email only, and I've bounced through 4 technicians that have yet to solve the problem. No one seems to read the threads or understand what the previous tech had done. I would NOT recommend this app.
We are so sorry about this. It seems that this is something we can fix but due to multiple people handling a specific concern, misunderstandings may occur. If you are still open to try our app, I will personally address this. I'll be your guide all the way through, just let me know. Also, note that we do have chat support. This App was chosen by our team as a Wholesale Hero App replacement. Installation for the Wholesale App usually needs removal of the old (Wholesale hero) custom code (that we did ourselves) and New custom setup for the App - which may take time and testing - And can become a nightmare if any of the sides becomes unresponsive. In this case installation and custom adjustment process went smooth (even if 2 separate members of the support team were involved). So 5stars from us for the set-up. We will see how the app will behave. Thank You Nicoz and Amir for the communication and setup!! Update (2023), as we have upgraded to Shopify+ and the app is no longer needed. Nicoz helped us with removal info on the spot, no questions asked! Never happened to us before with other apps! We usually had to remove the code without recommendations or assistance. So there you have it. Best support of any Shopify 3rd party app so-far! And the App worked great for us too :)

I installed the app, I configured it and it does not work. I have sent more than 4 messages to help me and solve it. It's been 15 days and I'm still waiting for your help. I will change the review when they solve the problem.

Installed this app to assist with my Discount customers, first was a struggel but Jabir assisted me perfectly and now its working. Second time Jabir helped me and he was able to solve my problem! # suggestion add a function to send customer statements due to the Net accounts you can setup through your app! # Be able to show % discount at check out and not only value in ( ) Thanks again! Also don't for get to use the pre-order app displayed at the bottom work perfect hand in hand.

We love the flexibility it offers since we sell wholesale, offer volumized tiers, and have terms with specialized pricing for specific customers. Plus, it works with our Net accounts in Quickbooks Desktop with Connex Bridge. Awesome customer service to customize my code since my theme is not listed in their default drop-down menu. Also, they were very informative with what works and doesn't to make my settings achieve the most potential for the customers.

I would not recommend. 2 months now I've been promised that the 60 day free trial would be activated, as it didn't activate in my account when added. So, I've been charged $54 for a app that should have been free. The customer service team have been told numerous times and each time I'm promised the manager will activate the offer. Now, I was told the credit would apply to my last bill. Again this month I've been charged. I do not recommend
