Great support from the technical team on this app. They solved my issue with multiple apps competing for the end result that I wanted. Now I have the Trade Program automatic discount I was looking for. Would highly recommend.

**Review update: Problem finally solved after almost a month. They provide free credit for that month in order to cover back our loss. After the rectification, yeah it's working great. Recommended to use. Just hope the same incident would not happen again. **Old review: Terrible support. I contacted them about the wholesale price not showing since 24th December 2020. It's already 5th January 2021 but the issue not solved yet. I chased every day for status update, at first they said it's escalated to 2nd level support, after 2 days they did not even bother to give any reply. We paid for the app at $30usd a month, it's not that we use it for free. It caused a disaster to us as all our agents now have to manually place order through phone and damages our reputation. Don't expect more from this merchant

This app is super easy to install and setup. I had one small issue with custom shipping being displayed on the cart page, but I contacted support and Vlad had it fixed within an hour or so. Awesome customer support! Highly recommend this app if you are looking to offer wholesale pricing quickly and easily on your Shopify store!

This is a convenient, affordable app. Its customer support is proactive and responds faster than the other 5 apps I tried. It does not need integration. As soon as you install this app, and you encode your wholesale prices, it is good to go in a snap. At one click, it's easy to uninstall, unlike its competitors. This is a Must-Try for everyone who likes to venture into wholesaling.

I was excited to use this App but after trying to integrate with our custom theme, the App developers asked us to find another app as they were unwilling to solve the checkout errors this app was creating on our custom theme

This app has been the only Shopify app that has enabled us to successfully launch a wholesale portal for customers. There is definitely room to grow(not having to add a tag for each discount group) but by far one of the best Wholesale apps in the Shopify store. The team is very reliable in responding and helping configure your site.

This app has added a whole experience that only could be duplicated with manual code or Shopify Plus. Those two are not suitable for family owned businesses. I have changed themes to increase speed for non-app related reasons. Each time the support has gotten my wholesale account looking good and working when I had a installation problem fast! ACUMETALFAB.com 03/17/2023 – Update to my review. For the last few months I have had a script issue. I requested support and a collaborator request was submitted on Feb 1st. It took 21 days and multiple reminder emails on my end to get an answer. The actual answer, “That link that the Shopify mentioned does not seem to be coming from our app. Maybe they have previously installed another wholesale app before? Ours should be something like "wholesale-pricing-now"... This was the type of error acumetalfab.com/cart?view=wholesale-now-cart&_= My original review was in August of 2020. This review 03/17/2023. I have never had another app installed since my original review and just now had to uninstall this one. After removing all lines of code from this app, my store functions fine. Customers would get a script error and it would not display my website. Will be finding a new app now. I just felt that for paying for a premium app for years… they should have not to have been reminded SEVERAL times about looking into my issue, plus the answer I got was not helpful to my situation at all.

I've had ongoing issues with apps before, but the support I've received from Website On-Demand has been incredibly attentive and helpful. Their apps are well thought out and make it easy to manage both a retail and wholesale business at once. I highly recommend this app, not only because it's extremely customizable, but because the support service is fabulous. The ability to make custom pricing and payment terms is exactly what i was looking for. If you're looking for a suite of apps, I would use their pre-order now too. They integrate easily and provide a seamless customer experience - be it a wholesale or consumer!

It says it's compatible with other apps and doesn't use discount codes but is not compatible with other discounts. So if you use any other apps that involve discounts (i.e. discounted recurring subscriptions) this won't work for you.

Great and quick response customer service!! At first discount price didnt show at shopping cart, chat with customer service, knowing that that's something need to be tune in the theme code setting. And without delay they assists on solving the problems!! much appreciate for the great effort!

This app was exactly what I was looking for to offer a separate wholesale price to our dealers and sponsored members. I had one question about setting it up and they responded quick with the perfect answer to help me out. I definitely recommend this app to any business looking to make wholesale orders simple and quick!

Very happy with the support. Very fast answer. I could not set up the app by myself, I needed help to have it fixed. Some items, like the shop discount name, are not possible to translate in my shop language, but I hope this will follow soon.
