We recently started using the Sami B2B Wholesale Pricing app and needed some assistance with settings and a few minor customizations. Haley was extremely helpful, responsive, and ensured the changes matched our expectations perfectly. The app itself is well-designed, professional, and flexible enough to handle a variety of wholesale scenarios. We're genuinely impressed—especially considering it's a free app—and are now relying on it to transition our wholesale accounts program from another website. Highly recommended!

This is a great app. This app allows me to showcase my wholesale products. You are able to set up order forms to make it easier for your customer to place on bulk order inquiry. It is very easy to use and if you need any assistance, they are always available to assist. As a small business owner that is trying to sell wholesale products, the app helps a lot. I would recommend this app to anyone! Love it!

Had some issues with set up and Haley from customer support was extremely helpful. She walked me through everything very patiently. I was able to get all my issues resolved without having to go back and forth over email like some places. HIghly recommend.

This app requires a lot of chatting with customer support. However, it's a very very useful app that works very well. Also, customer support is actually very nice and helpful

Exceptional Service and Easy Setup – Highly Recommended! We’ve just started using the Wholesale Sami B2B Volume Pricing App for, and it’s a big help for our store. Setting up tiered pricing was incredibly easy, and it integrates smoothly with our Shopify store. Soon, our B2B customers will be able to see the volume discounts, which will encourage transparency on pricing. The App is loaded with features, which many larger businesses will be able to full utilise. We're using a few small features. I was unable to sort everything out and reached out to customer support. They're super quick to respond and assist. Haley has been a great help to resolve the issue within a day and making sure everything was running smoothly. Overall, the app is intuitive, reliable, and has excellent customer service backing it up. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to implement bulk pricing or discounts with minimal hassle.

The app works amazingly well, and does everything necessary to add a wholesale section to your Shopify store, including order minimums and separate shipping profiles. It's very easy to use and the Samita team have been extremely helpful with my questions when I got stuck or needed assistance.
