I just installed the App. It looks like it has everything that I need. Setup is pretty straight forward. The support is also very quick and helpful. I just asked a question and got an answer a couple of minutes later. The issue was fixed right away, no delays or long Email exchanges

I had an issue with the wholesale setting working with my cart and checkout. I was very impressed with how quick Haley responded to me and helped get a resolution. And also was very helpful advising me which direction I had to go, to utilise the options I wanted to use. I will be upgrading to the gold package as a result of how good the service was. Many thanks to Haley and the rest of the team.

開発ストアで利用しています。 検証は正直これからです。 サポートチャットを利用した感想をレビューします。 日本のストア開発や、アプリ選びの一助になればと思います。 また、サポートしてくれたSami Wholesaleのスタッフへの感謝として記載します。 チャットサポートはすぐに返信がありました。 英語以外の質問もシステムが自動翻訳してくれるのでとても便利な機能だと思いました。 自動翻訳されているということを意識する必要はあるかもしれませんが、サポーターもそのように意識して返信してくれていると感じる文章だったので理解に困ることもありませんでした。 日本人からするとちょっとフランクな返信ですが、それも失礼ではなく、新鮮で温かみがあっていいと思いました。 日本のB2Bユーザーの方はぜひ試してみてください。

I’ve only just started using this app and I’m currently on the free version, but so far it appears to be working very well. There were a few glitches when I first installed it on my website, however Hayley from the customer service team fixed everything very quickly and it’s now running smoothly. It’s great to have a free plan available so you can properly test the app before committing. I’ll come back and update this review if anything changes, but at this stage it looks like a solid wholesale solution with excellent support.

La aplicacion es ideal para poder tener diferentes tipos de tarifas, facil de configurar, lo mejor? EL soporte que tienen online Haley que es la persona que me atiende, es SUPERPROFESIONAL, cercana, amable y resolutiva, puedes consultarle lo que necesites que te responde de forma sincera y con una rapidez que es genial para los que tenemos poco tiempo o necesitamos con urgencia la respuesta. Gracias por hacernos mas facil el trabajo

App looks good, have been trialling a number of wholesale apps but i like this one the best . Functionality is good and support was very helpful.

I found the solution of my wholesale problems. Highly recommended. Support team is great!
