I had a good experience with Samita’s support team. They helped me troubleshoot and configure their wholesale app on my website, and their assistance was professional and responsive. I needed their intervention on two different websites with different themes, and they were able to support me in both cases. The app still has some areas that could be improved, and it required some adjustments before working correctly, but the team provided valuable help during the process. Overall, the app offers great potential and useful resources for managing wholesale functionality, and the support team is knowledgeable and helpful when needed.

Very usefull App for both Wholesale and Retail to use. Friendly and very fast Support Team that heled us straight away. Even on Weekends or afrer Business Hours.

Does not work properly. It shows discounted prices in product grid, but not on the product page and cart. In the checkout page it adds just regular prices. Quick Order Form work extremely slow. Do not recommend this app!

This app has linked seamlessly to our theme, all the common sense display features have been considered, and support was very helpful.

The app developers are very helpful. There were a couple of bugs that I emailed about, and they were very prompt to respond and get the issues fixed. Overall, I really like that; it gets the job done.

We aren't using every single feature yet, but for our current needs, this app has been a great choice. It’s straightforward and does exactly what we need it to do. A big plus is the customer support, they are always very fast and attentive whenever we have a question. Thumbs up from my side!

Selecting a B2B app for my Shopify store was a daunting task. Went thru an install with another product only to find it did not have all the features I needed. Samita's B2B Wholesale, Volume Discount app not only fit the bill, but their documentation walks you through the whole process step by step and their tech support was very responsive. My last step was setting up the SMTP service and they finished it up for me. The yearly subscription price is competitive, the product is easy to manage, and features are robust. I highly recommend you give this one a chance.
