Amazing Support and Excellent App! I am incredibly impressed with Sami Wholesale! The team has been extremely kind and helpful, resolving the issues I had with my theme regarding custom pricing. Their app allows you to display custom prices on your Shopify store based on discounts, which is perfect for working directly with wholesalers—and it’s free! From my experience, the app works seamlessly, and I hope they continue improving it. It’s worth mentioning that it’s currently free, which makes it an excellent tool for anyone needing such a solution. Huge compliments to the developers—they are very responsive and always available to help! I truly hope they keep enhancing the app because it shows great promise.

I can sometimes find it difficult to navigate, but it is generally a great app to use. Customer service is BRILLIANT!

Great features, very helpful support (knowledgeable and very quick). I love the simplicity of the plugin just as much as the fact that it does the job perfectly - in my case, I needed to do the individual pricing for customer groups and it couldn't have been better. Totally recommend!

The app works great! And as we had an issue with the positioning of the volume table we contacted the support. They quickly responded and did an amazing job to fix it for us within minutes! Service was outstanding!

I downloaded this app so that I could set up wholesale pricing for an online retailer to sell my product. I was having trouble getting the pricing to show up on my site when I was testing it. I used the chat to get help and they were responsive and great. The problem was that I was using a theme that the app wasn't compatible with so they re-customized the app codes to make it compatible. Did this within a couple of hours. Great service and now I can add wholesale customers to my site. Thank you!

Had an issue with activating custom tag discount to apply, however their support team were quick to respond and provide a quick resolution. Can’t ask for a faster response time. Would highly recommend the app, keep up the great work!

Great and Very simple in use app for the small businesses willing to establish direct B2B sales. Helpful customer service, who is always accessible via chat. We've set up everything in one day and quite happy with the result.
