Great app! There was a small hiccup during setup (the price wasn’t displaying correctly in some areas), but Haley and the developer team responded quickly and had it fixed by the next morning. Highly recommended.

I am amazed firstly at these wonderful people offered a very usable and free app. Thank you. Secondly, excellent customer.service. Hayley has been more than helpful on numerous occasions, to which we are very grateful. So far only used the wholesale, shipping and quick order components, but more than happy with the app and the help that we’ve received.

Nice App, it can handle the different requirements of our resellers and our distributors really well. I had an issue publishing the new Registration forms, but Haley in support got fixed it very rapidly, thanks! Look forward to making it 'live'! Following up: Our site is nearly live now and I wanted to separate the Reseller products into a different Category. I needed to contact Support to make this happen, so I left a message in their chat at 6pm on a Saturday, thinking they can deal with this on Monday. And suddenly Lyla comes online and handles the issue!! Thats above and beyond! Thanks Lyla!

First of app, we're so sorry for the bad experience you have had with our app... However, we think it's just a misunderstanding between us... We really didn't mean to do anything bad or affect your store business, we just make the app works due to what you set up in the app... and we even explained that we only support making the setup you made in the app to work... So we just continue with what we do... We really hope you can think about it and give us another chance, we believe the problem happened because of a misunderstanding when configuring our app only..
