We’ve had a really smooth experience with Sami Wholesale so far. The app works exactly as promised and makes it easy for us to handle wholesale pricing in Shopify without complications. A special thanks to Hailey, who has been super helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. That kind of support makes all the difference. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable wholesale solution with great customer service!

So far, both the app itself and the support, especially from Haley, have been excellent. We haven’t started using it with real B2B customers yet, but the setup experience has been very promising, particularly when paired with another app from the same developer, Sami B2B Lock, Password Protect. We’re looking forward to putting it into action with our B2B customers soon.

This App was exactly what we need. We wanted to create a segment for our VIP clients and offer them exclusive discounts for certain products while we also continue to offer the same products at their regular prices to the public. The App worked seamlessly for us, thanks to the the speedy and very efficient assistance provided by Haley. Five stars!

I had an excellent experience with Sami's support team. Haley, was amazing, she helped me immediately. The service was quick, friendly, and very professional. I had two requests and both were solved in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend.

Nice app, quick and very good service, not sure if it will work yet as it slows down our B2C store somewhat. They have optimised, so time will tell if this is acceptable and will work. Hope it will work.

I had some issues understanding how to setup my wholesale and redirect to my registration form. Haley from Samita was able to walk me through it, with her patience and sometimes showing me herself, we were able to get it done!! Thank you immensely! I'm very happy with the level of support and kindness I received. Keep up the outstanding work!!

We’re very sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with your store crashing when opening the cart. I’d like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Our app did not have any updates released yesterday, so we’re honestly not sure what might have triggered the problem on your end. If possible, could you kindly reply to our email with a bit more detail about what happened? This will help us investigate further and better understand the situation. We truly regret the trouble this caused!
