I had to contact customer support cuz I couldn't get it to work right on my website. They got my problem solved in a timely manner and were very professional. I like this app and what it's doing on my website; this is a really good idea.

I have been dealing with Sami Apps from a while now and their support team is outstanding! Thanks to Haley for helping me set up the b2b app! This app has all the features needed to run a great wholesale site and it is so easy to navigate with full documentations to help you get it set up nice and quickly! I have tried other apps and they are so time consuming to navigate which takes time away from focusing on other important aspects in your business. Thanks Sami Team!

Very happy with all aspects of this app! Whatever my problem has been it has provided the solution. I've also found that in the case of any bugs their customer service is awesome and they fix it very quickly. This is everything I need - thanks to you all!

These people are incredible. Any issue or customization is promptly addressed without hesitation, the developer even remoted in and helped fix some of the code. Amazing support. App is great. 10/10!~

I chose this app for the ability to create tiered pricing. Paired with CSS customization, it is an exceptional tool.

The application was excellent until I enabled the volume pricing feature, which is a crucial promotion for our store. However, the application is not applying the appropriate discounts, which hinders customer purchases. Currently, I am compelled to exert additional effort to retain customers due to the misleading nature of the application. It displays discounts on product prices, but when customers proceed to checkout, the prices remain unchanged. Consequently, customers are either compelled to pay the full product price or are unable to make a purchase and subsequently contact the business to inquire about the discrepancy in the discount. Therefore, I kindly request Sami to rectify this issue. While we are willing to invest in the application, we expect it to function as advertised with the additional features we have or will purchased.

Customer Service was a big help. Anytime I had any problems, they would try their BEST to help me answer any questions I had. I would recommend this app.

Surprised by how many features this app offers! Usage and documentation is easy to navigate, and support has been quick. Lyla and Haley have already helped set up some things.

Just what is needed for a dual site where consumer and business pricing is required. Interface is super easy and great responsive chat feature too on their customer service side. Definitely recommend it.
