The app itself looked great but the quick order form didn't work on our store due to not being compatible with other apps installed - which is going to be a really common occurrence. You hope their dev team could help figure this out. The Sami team just said they couldn't help us so we had to delete the app. If the app works with your tech stack then I'm sure it could be great but cannot fully assess.

We always strive to meet all of our customers' needs, but sometimes the solutions proposed can be very difficult to implement, or there may be no solution at all. We understand that you are very dissatisfied because our app has not met your expectations and we also realize the significant and benefits if our app can work with other third party apps like you said. However, it's currently one of our limitations and we're still trying to find a way to sort it out in the future We sincerely seek for your sympathy and hope you can give us a chance to improve

Finally an app wich allows me to personalize my wholesale selling on the webshop. It is very easy and clear to work with, I have experience with other apps but this one is by far the best and user friendly. I had some troubles installing it on my theme, but the support team helped me out quickly. Another five stars for the support!

First of all the fact this app is free /beta blows my mind. It performs SO much better than paid apps I’ve used in the past , and the support is far superior. It has everything I need and more, and it’s so simple. I had another app that was clashing with it and their support had it fixed for me in no time. Can’t gush enough about how good this app and support is. Haley was brilliant support. Download it, it’s free and it works.

Wonderful support and works as intended. I tried a few wholesale apps; this one is the most polished and easiest to use. I ran into a couple of issues but were custom fixed within 24 hours or less. Haley in particular has been great support. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazed by the customer support of this app, had a response to my query immediately, chat dropped out due to an issue on my end and we were reconnected instantly to the same person. They basically held my hand and walked me through setting up with pictures. Honestly never received better customer support, and the app is free?! Obsessed is an understatement. Thanks Haley!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm still in the testing phase but this looks like it will do everything I need it to. Whilst not causing issues with my Dawn Theme like other apps have done in the past. Haley was so patient and helpful during my setup and very prompt. Amazed that this is a free app. Hope that if they do transition to a paid option that it will be cost effective.
