This app requires a lot of chatting with customer support. However, it's a very very useful app that works very well. Also, customer support is actually very nice and helpful

Exceptional Service and Easy Setup – Highly Recommended! We’ve just started using the Wholesale Sami B2B Volume Pricing App for, and it’s a big help for our store. Setting up tiered pricing was incredibly easy, and it integrates smoothly with our Shopify store. Soon, our B2B customers will be able to see the volume discounts, which will encourage transparency on pricing. The App is loaded with features, which many larger businesses will be able to full utilise. We're using a few small features. I was unable to sort everything out and reached out to customer support. They're super quick to respond and assist. Haley has been a great help to resolve the issue within a day and making sure everything was running smoothly. Overall, the app is intuitive, reliable, and has excellent customer service backing it up. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to implement bulk pricing or discounts with minimal hassle.

The app works amazingly well, and does everything necessary to add a wholesale section to your Shopify store, including order minimums and separate shipping profiles. It's very easy to use and the Samita team have been extremely helpful with my questions when I got stuck or needed assistance.

After a few months using the app I can confidently say that sooner or later there will be problems. The app is unstable. The wholesale prices are not always shown in the cart, even if the customer is logged in. Also, with their most recent update, the cart stopped functioning entirely. I have wasted a lot of time going back and forth with the support team. In the end, they were not able to fix the problems I had so I will be migrating to a new app.

The B2B app is intuitive and easy to navigate, with efficient product and inventory management. Advanced features could be improved for more immediate understanding. Overall, it offers a good experience, with plenty of room for improvement. The support service is excellent—always available and responsive, with a team that works flawlessly.
