Customer Service was a big help. Anytime I had any problems, they would try their BEST to help me answer any questions I had. I would recommend this app.

Surprised by how many features this app offers! Usage and documentation is easy to navigate, and support has been quick. Lyla and Haley have already helped set up some things.

Just what is needed for a dual site where consumer and business pricing is required. Interface is super easy and great responsive chat feature too on their customer service side. Definitely recommend it.

Great app ! Support is brilliant, had an issue with pricing on the Collection pages. Chat Support replied super quick, and then fixed the issue. Awesome service

Amazing customer service through the chat section. Great flow and supports our business with wholesale very well. Never anything too hard to understand as there are always peoplle there to help at whatever time.

Awesome service! I had an issue with the Cart Drawer subtotal not syncing with the cart, but it was fixed quickly and just right. Big shoutout to Hailey and the developer!

We started using the Samo B2B Wholesale app to handle our complex pricing structure, and it has been a huge help. We have more than 10 different discount levels for clients, as well as multiple product classes where discounts are calculated based on different percentages of cost. With this app, we were finally able to set up all of these rules without workarounds. The interface is straightforward, and the flexibility it offers is exactly what we needed for our B2B customers. If you’re dealing with multiple discount tiers and product-specific pricing rules, I highly recommend giving this app a try.

Sami B2B Wholesale Pricing is a great app that lets us setup member pricing at various discount levels depending on the customer membership level. It also allows to setup free shipping for those members without needing anotherr app. Great app and 5 star customer service from Haley, she is a superstar!
