Overall this is a really handy app and we are happy with the way it is now performing. There were a few bugs when we fist installed it but they were sorted out quickly by the MicroApps team. The service from Enrique and his team has been excellent. Would recommend, particularly for those stores that are not handling a huge number of SKU's or product variants.

Love this. I have a two tier system depending on company and this has made my life and their so much easier.

Excellant app. It wasn't the first I tried but once I got my head around it's simplicity, and more importantly how I could use the additional customisations to create just what I needed, I have never for a moment doubted my choice to use this app for the wholesale side of my business. When I did have questions the speed and clarity of response was outstanding.

I loaded and used several different wholesale apps before using Wholesaler and it has done everything we needed way better and more cost effectively than any others I tried. Wholesaler added the retail cost and wholesale cost feature which shops like. I've had several shops say they liked using the Wholesaler function, which says the most because they're the end user. No other app allowed me to give different wholesale prices to different dealers or allow the wholesale percentage to be customized so easily. I don't have to create order forms or invoices anymore, which is a huge timesaver. I recommend the app highly.

Wholesaler has been great to work with in getting this set up and customized for our store. They even corrected a problem over the weekend to get me up and running correctly. I love the customized registration form they designed for us! Thanks!

I don't understand the hype behind this app. It's difficult to customize there are several bugs.

thought app was bad but then I realised my theme was really hard to customize because it already has so many features... But then an expert came and did all the job perfectly.

Very responsive support, installation assistance was great. Would be nice if you could automate the "Uncheck charge taxes button" step rather than having to manually uncheck the box for revery product. Much better solution than having separate stores, though.

I tried a few other wholesale apps and although I received excellent customer service from the others, the solutions where far too difficult and limiting. Enrique is amazing and this app solves our problems efficiently. The only thing that would make this app a 5 star is if you could turn a customer into a wholesale customer using tags or a switch right from the shopify customer page. Other than that, this app is super easy to use and very powerful. Highly recommended

Fantastic customer service by Enrique! We paid to have the app installed and Enrique had it setup within the hour. Our theme also had a few special requirements which Enrique fixed straight away. Top marks, highly recommend!

We have been incredibly impressed with Shopify and the apps that enhance and make possible beginners to run and be successful with an online store. Hats off to wholesaler and their developers. Impeccable service, prompt attention and extremely courteous developers and support staff. Absolutely love this app and how it helps our business. Very user friendly and very professional. Incredible customer service. I paid the fee to get this installed by the team, and it was the best thing I could have done. They worked super quick, and also gave a newbie like me great after sales support. So happy, will be using their other apps too very soon. :)

Me parece una app muy útil, es una solución accesible para empresas como la nuestra sin un gran presupuesto para el area tecnológica . Permite llevar un control de clientes y productos muy bueno para ser una aplicación standard , han introducidos mejoras muy significativas para el usuario en los últimos meses que han mejorado mucho la prestación del programa. Recomiendo totalmente la app , además prestan un gran servicio de atención al cliente.

I tried the Wholesaler but it's not enough for my needs. most of my buyers are fussy and impatient and need a very fast and streamlined ordering process which includes the ability to choose Net 30 terms, specific shipping options and easy-to-order pages that allow all sizes to be ordered at once rather than one page at a time.

Awesome app for a distribution company and/or wholesaler. We've had success on it and when any problems come up, I always go straight to Zui and does an awesome job responding back with a solution! Extremely happy and recommended anyone to try this app out!

If you don't use Stitch Labs for inventory this would be a very suitable wholesale solution. If you do use Stitch Labs, ***this app will duplicate all of your items in Stitch making inventory management a nightmare*** If you don't have very many SKUs I could see this not being much of an issue, but with over 500 SKU's, not doubled, with "wholesale" added to them, this app has caused us a ton of trouble and has cost us far more in labor to have out inventory management fixed, then it could ever be worth for us. The biggest issue is that you cannot simply go into Stitch and delete all the extra variants, because if any orders have been placed with the duplicate variants, Stitch will delete those orders that only contained now deleted items. We also had the same issues as Velo Bling Designs in which our wholesale prices were being displayed on our home pages-- "starting at $xx"-- thought when the customer got to the product page, the wholesale option was no longer displayed. That said, customer service was pretty good and they even did the install for us. I really wish there was a good wholesale option, but for now we are going back to manually writing orders in Stitch Labs.

The wholesaler app has been essential to our store sales. Zui did the installation for us and thank goodness–we could not have done it without him. It did take a long time to complete but it is complete and running smoothly. There was some complexity to our theme that Zui worked on to get it all configured correctly. When I say complex, I'm referring to the different views that the wholesale price needed to be displayed when a user is signed in as a wholesale customer. The number of product views may be consideration as you move forward with this app. Our store displays products in a quick shop view, product detail page, featured products, related products, and collections. Some issues in the configuration for example: the retail price was showing in the quick shop view but correctly showing the wholesale price of the same product on the detail page; the related products were showing retail prices with the detail page showing wholesale. There was also an issue when viewed on mobile for the retail user where it was giving that user the wholesale price on the product detail page. I just say all this because it was an effort to get it set up. We exchanged about 30+ emails during the process. Again, this has all be configured correctly by Zui and we are very pleased with the functionality.
