Great app when I finally got it working with the help of Zui - thank you! It's a shame that you cannot add a minimum spend & separate shipping costs for wholesale customers though! A feature that is worth adding.

This is a very powerful app. Out of the box it provides impressive functionality, but with a bit of theme customization it can do more than you would think. The support provided is above and beyond, I've never had such helpful support! There are a couple of visual bugs in the admin screen, but they're working on that, and it in no way diminishes the benefits of this app. If you're needing wholesaler functionality, this is likely what you need.

It looks like it would be a helpful app, but I could not get it to work for me, kept crashing and would lose all my work done. Contacted support but there was a temporary problem with the contact form at that time so my request did not go through, and I was in a hurry, so I just uninstalled it without finding out what was wrong.

Difficult to install. No Support. Showing my Wholesale prices to EVERYONE and even though I uninstalled the app, it is still showing wholesale prices.

Wholesaler does exactly what I need it to do and their customer service (Zui) is incredible. Promptly helped me with my issues that I was responsible for as well as helped me clean up some other code! Can't wait to put Wholesaler to the limit.

I think it is a great idea but it didn´t work for me because the wholesale tags made "wholesale" appear in my collection dropdown menus. Also when I integrated to stitchlabs, the products appeared as 2 different products. (normal and wholesale). I think it could work perfectly for other people!. Zui (from support) was great and gave me an excellent guidance and support. I will give him 5 stars!

Great customer service and an amazing app. Unlike other apps, its syncs your inventory from the wholesale orders directly with the orders from your store so you don't have to worry about manually updating. I was sent an email right away offering to help me in any way possible & they truly see you through to the end and help in any way possible. Highly recommended!

Great customer service! We received an email letting us know if we needed any help we could contact Zui Perona. We contacted Zui to help us integrate this App into our website and Zui was AWESOME! Very patient and extremely competent. Highly recommended!!!

Let me start off by saying .... Amazing Customer Service!!! I was fortunate to meet Zui Perona - He is truly the most helpful, problem solving experts. Very professional and answered my email very promptly. Wholesaler should clone him =) Feedback on Wholesaler App, it is very easy to use but it really needs a SEARCH field for adding costumers, I have over 5,000 soon and to manually go in and check them off then send individual invite is time consuming. Also when you no longer want to give them access, you have to go page by page to look for them Other than that I am pretty much a happy camper. GREAT JOB!!!

For me it lacked two important features. Search - adding a customer to your wholesale list appears to involve scanning your entire customer database. Similarly no way to find specific products quickly. Secondly no way to specify minimum order for wholesalers, which in our industry is a norm. On removing the app it should be noted that wholesale products remain as duplicates in your product catalog. So trial with caution. The developers are passionate about the product, so no doubt it will be improved in the future.

Wholesaler has tremendously helped our store to prosper, we are able to have one site that sells both to locked wholesale accounts and directly to our retail market. They are very helpful if any troubleshooting shall come along and I am very happy to have this app!

AAA! absolute no brainer! if you want a smoothly working wholesale app for your store this should be your choice. we have tested every option out there - at this time (and from our point of view) it is the only properly working wholesale app out there right now. quick replying and professional customer service! we recommend to use their setup service. yes you will have to pay for that, but they will get it up and running properly.
