Awesome app with awesome service. The implementation of this app was a breeze. Zac was awesome and helpful and always there to answer my questions. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you fully understand how this app works it's pretty simple and exactly what we needed.

We have had a great experience working with Zac and the Wholster team. Zac went above and beyond helping us get our site set up exactly the way we wanted it and always responded to my questions in a very timely manner. We have been very impressed with him, the team, and their app.

Currently, I am using Wholster but looking for another solution. The support is NON-EXISTENT! I have had issues for weeks and have received no response to emails or voicemails. The products on the wholesale side of the app, have DISAPPEARED and I have no way to adjust the prices. My store is recently offering wholesale prices and so far, Wholster was the first app I tried. Needless, to say.... I am going to continue looking.

Support is great. App works well. We needed it to allow overselling of items as we make everything for wholesale customers to order. We found a work around.

OMG! Everything in the reviews is true. The customer support team for this app goes above and beyond to be sure everything is working the way you expect. The app saves us a ton of time in manual entry of orders. Would definitely recommend!

We have utilized Wholster to streamline our ordering/payment/invoicing processes. Zac and his team have worked hard to answer our questions and resolve any glitches we are experiencing. We are happy with our transition to Wholster and continue to learn new capabilities of this product on a daily basis.

3/3/2022 - Your blind response has again show you have zero integrity in your business. to the fellow potential users - this company Gist - will charge you subscription despite you have removed the plan of trial as you have to personally contact them to end the contract. but it's too late - $39.90 is what they refer to - no refund. Gist-apps - the no 1 scammer in Shopify. : no refund despite app is not work : no apologetic no response : no follow up despite Spotify is reminding them about his unfair deal. Think twice before you sign up. You have to manually contact them to remove the billing, but it's too late because they will only respond after the first billing. #shopifyreview #shopifyscammer #gistapps #shopifyappreview

Hi there! We are very sorry to see that you are upset, however, with regard to a refund, you were never actually on a paid account with Wholster. This means that no payment was ever made to us for the use of the application, and no refund would be possible to issue.

This app is not user-friendly at all. I spent countless hours asking for assistance and I have an excellent background in software applications. Trying to get an easy answer from tech support is very difficult. They will answer with links that make you read the whole article to figure out your answer instead of a short explanation/solution. Also, even though my initial inquiry was 3 weeks ago, they will respond to tell me that they are too busy even though my initial inquiry was 3 weeks ago. They will take the time to respond repeatedly without a solution and then in another email tell me how busy they are and that my issue is not urgent - and still no solution. Such poor customer service!!! I would give a zero stars, if available. There are much better apps with 100% better customer service support!

We are excited about using this app for our wholesale accounts. While I'm still a little confused about the setup of the program (I am not that techie), Zac is guiding me through the process and I am confident that we will be up and running in no time. I see the potential time-saving for us and our customers as well as the convenience for our customers to order their own special products without the back and forth of emails to us. Wholster is a fantastic solution to selling wholesale via Shopify - the invoices are clean and clear, there's a huge amount of flexibility in terms of managing inventory, pricing and shipping and tax. The customer support is brilliant - always quick to respond, with clear instructions and super helpful at resolving any issues!

We have recently installed the Wholster App and we are very happy with the functions of the app and the ability it will give us to streamline our wholesale business and grow our business at the same time. We have required quite a bit of support from Wholster both before and after purchasing the app, Zac has always responded to our questions in a very timely and friendly manner. He has diligently worked with us on some app customization and he has really helped us to adapt Wholster to our very specific business needs. Zac has been an absolute pleasure to work with through this entire process and we are very pleased with the results so far.

As a built in wholesale solution, it works very well. In fact, It surprises me that Shopify hasn't swept them up. Wholster allows us to service our wholesale clients sufficiently well and I don't think we've really scratched the surface of the functionality. The features are generally pretty robust, where we've needed additional ones or further help, the support team has been great. We'll continue to use it and update in due course.

We use Wholster to manage dealers all over the world. The import of products with various price lists is easy and intuitive (both from the platform and csv) and, once understood the mechanisms with which VAT, discounts and payment terms are managed, the purchase procedure is very well designed. The assistance is top: every time we had a problem on some operation the answers were fast, comprehensive and always kind. When we have reported malfunctions have always been fixed in a short time. This is app is perfect for those who want to have a full-fledged B2B without having to upgrade to Shopify's Plus plan!

We are based in the UK and use Wholster to process our Wholesale orders for our garden furniture. We drop ship almost all our orders and this system is perfect for it. The initial setup was pretty straightforward. There are a couple of settings in Shopify, that influence how you setup things in Wholster. One of them is the VAT. If you show your prices in Shopify including VAT, you have to setup a Tax Override in Wholster, otherwise your wholesale prices will we including VAT too. Once you also change the Tax Override toggle on the Customer: it works perfectly. You can also create Wholesale only items on Shopify. Just don't add them to any sales channels so they will only show in Wholster. They are constantly improving the app and pretty much all our suggestions have already been implemented, which is super impressive. Shipping with different surcharges per UK postcode area is a bit complicated and can result in inputting lots of rules, but I'm sure there will be improvement on that at some point too. Because all orders are going through Shopify, you can take benefit of other Shopify Apps too. I automated the orders going into my Accounts and in to my Transportation Management System, so no extra order inputting. This is a great App and the only one I could find that can deal with Drop Ship orders. Customer Service is great, so give it a go!
