Working with Wiio has been an amazing experience! The setup process was extremely easy and quick — I was connected with an agent in no time. My agent, Len, has been exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He’s hardworking, professional, and always quick to reply whenever I have questions or requests. Because of the great experience I’ve had, I’ve already recommended Wiio to many others and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommend this platform to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive fulfillment partner!

I was initially very frustrated, after my first conversation with my assigned agent, everything was “set up,” but was setup inncorrectly apparently. When I reached out for help via online chat, the online support team often gave responses that didn’t address my concerns, which added to my disappointment, or redirected even basic sales questions they should have covered. That said, the agent I originally spoke with has been wonderful. Once they stepped back in, they were incredibly helpful and supportive, which really turned things around for me. Because of their effort and care, I’m happily updating this to three stars. I still hope the overall online support experience will improve, but I’m grateful for the agent who went above and beyond to assist me. I will update the review once i have worked with them and get feedback from clients regarding everything. For now it is mid range and i think that is fair as it took almost 3 weeks to get a full understanding.

My agent was too busy to respond back to me. I literally have basic things like "can you edit the price for this order" or "customer reported damaged product" and basically I am waiting for over a week now to get a response back. When i contact the support chat via wiio.io I get "I urged your agent, he will respond back SOON", yeah it's been soon for over a week now and my orders keep flowing in, prices are not quoted properly, I have damaged orders and there is literally no one to deal with that. On top of that all orders are being shipped 1 week after paid. They don't urge orders they are delaying them. I have orders literally paid and shipped 1 week after the payment is made which is ridicilous. Additionally quantity discounts are a myth - they give me $1-2 discount for every additional unit and if customers order 3-4 I get only $4 off the COGS. When I used wiio in 2022 I never experienced these issues and agents were responsive and always there to support you. Now it turned out to be a complete joke, you can't scale, you can't get quoted, you can't get 15 minutes a week from your agent to simply have the same vision of everything. Will be switching to something different, it's crazy way to treat your customers and on top of that we as a businesses are the one who takes the damage of your incompetence and lack of action.

Mesmo com os desafios enfrentados pela alfândega brasileira — que muitas vezes parece querer sabotar quem empreende — preciso reconhecer o comprometimento e a seriedade da equipe da Wiio, especialmente do meu agente. Apesar dos obstáculos, conseguimos manter nossa operação de pé, com envios sendo feitos, comunicação clara e um suporte que realmente faz a diferença. Estamos usando a Wiio há alguns meses e a experiência tem sido extremamente positiva. O atendimento ao cliente é rápido e eficiente, especialmente em situações onde precisamos de suporte imediato. O app é intuitivo, fácil de integrar à Shopify, e o processo de importação de produtos e gerenciamento de pedidos funciona perfeitamente. A variedade de produtos é boa, os preços são competitivos e os prazos de entrega têm sido respeitados, o que faz toda a diferença para manter nossos clientes satisfeitos.
