Ja sao quase 5 anos utilizando a WIIO e sem duvidas a melhor plataforma de processamento de pedidos!
Péssima experiência, agentes da WIIO entraram em contato comigo, eu fiz a integração da plataforma, e logo nos primeiros pedidos eles informaram que não conseguem atender devido ao peso dos itens. Para a minha operação não funcionou. Me deu prejuízo e perda de tempo
sim funcionou muito bem o primeiro suporte aa loja, deu tudo certo.
A logística estava boa mas ultimamente andam pegando qualquer transportadora para enviar os produtos para o Brasil, e o rastreio não funciona, não atualiza, não sabemos onde o produto está, os clientes ficam na bronca. Preços subiram demais em relação a outras plataformas e não consideram abaixar nenhum dolar, entendemos que tem a questão de taxação, mas quiseram colocar todo o custo em cima dos clientes. Péssima comunicação com agente, atende a hora que der, não responde o que é perguntado, pede uma amostra em foto, nunca pode, você fala no chat da plataforma e ninguém nunca ajuda, nunca sabe de nada, tudo tem que ser com o agente. E não respondem nem na Nacional 3cliques, male male na Internacional. Acho que precisa de mais carisma e acolhimento com os clientes, que seja para comprar um item ou comprar mil. Espero que saibam da lei "dos 10", se você não atende bem, você não perde 1 cliente, você perde 10 clientes, pois aplcaimos essa lei aqui, sempre atendendo da melhor maneira possível.

poor customer service. They saw my inbox but no one responded. Waiting for the update for a long time even I have been using their app for years.
Slow delivery and slow reply. Waiting too long to get the reply from them. Can't scale the business with them. The quality of the product too bad.

O app é muito bom, facilita no processamento dos pedidos em escala, em menos de 5 minutos consigo realizar todos os pagamentos.
The App works like it should. Service and communication is perfect. Agent Eric finds best quality products and best prices. A nice guy who helps really fast. I really recommend!
This is a simple app to use and easy to navigate. Orders can be quickly placed in just a few clicks. I have been using the app and Wiio's service for almost a year, not to mention am very pleased with agent Selly. She is one dedicated agent who is very service-oriented, ever ready to offer help and good advice when I need one. Wiio has been a great partner and support in helping me achieve my business objectives.

2nd January Update: Wiio Dropshipping are scum bag A&$## Ho&&s and they should be ashamed of themselves for not delivering the products inspite of 50-60 days and paypal has charged me for 3 cases so far and took away my money. These are scammers - be aware merchants ..dont trade with these guys. Even Shopify partners team is unable to stop my loss and get response from these f$#$s . stay away from these pigs. Reply to the response received from Wiio: I dont want to waste my time and my customers time - i seriously dont like the pricing and also you guys cheat on shipping and now you changed the timelines.your timelines sucks and your prices also suck..just stay away from me and please deliver the existing orders or refund the money for not delivering them on time as i am fed up with your services. Your people are kind but being kind does not reflect those in terms of services and productivity. ------------------------------------- Worst dropshipping service so far and never go with them as the timelines what they show and the real time what it takes to deliver is next to ali express. atleast ali express is better because they charge you less for shipping but these guys and their company is a scam ..so be aware of them. i have been hit by every customer till date for which i have placed orders and none of them have been delivered in time. I have escalated this matter to Shopify partners against the concerned agent and wiio services overall. Never ever do dropshipping with them and mark my words you will be at loss ..even 1 star is more for them but since i need mark something and hence i am doing it. once all my orders are delivered so far or refunded dur to delay i will immediately delete the app from shopify. They dont feel accountable,responsible and also not attentive at times in terms of pricing. stay away from these scammers..

10 days and still counting for my order to be shipped so my customer will have to wait almost 1 month, i am so disapointed with Wiio, don't believe the reviews, there is no fast shipping, worst than aliexpress, at least they refund you when their processing time is not respected.

The Wiio team is really really good... way much more better than HyperSKU. they delivered many of my products within 7 working days which was exceptional and I have not got any bad review from my customer which means these guys are doing some quality check also. I am really grateful to these guys! I will recommend it to all the dropshippers.

These guys are amazing! I tentatively moved over as I was having awful trouble with my supplier on AliExpress (shipping and stock). I came across these guys through a YouTuber that I trust, so I went for them. My agent at Wiio was lovely, helpful and attentive. They found me a better version of my product... cheaper... with faster shipping! And they have warehousing facilities for my stock! I am so fortunate to have come across them. I can't thank them enough.

Customer service is very good and available through various channels, such as WhatsApp. Orders are usually processed and shipped very quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied with Wiio because it saves me time and nerves.
