This company is awful. My customers are missing their orders from 2 months ago, the tracking number is the same for all the missing orders and not valid when tracked. Customers are irate, want refunds and reporting my store as a scam. All because this company didn't follow through. There's no way to contact them other than an email they don't reply to. I'm so upset.

This is a very bad service provider I do not advise anyone to use you will lose your customer and credibility. The first shipment took 30 days before it got lost and they resend the shipment again and it's taking more than a week to deliver the product to the shipping company

I really liked the Wiio mainly because of the direct contact I have with my supplier who gives me all the support I need. I also liked the ease of making payments for orders. I believe it can improve in relation to the issuance of invoices by placing the information of the customers who will receive the product

We have a very nice experience with Wiio daily. We work with them for months and we have been so satisfied, so does the clients from our store. Their prices are really good cost benefit !

This app is the better! The prices are cheaper thant on Aliexpress, my profit increase a lot after i've used this app. Liz is my agent, she is great too.

Their biggest differential is the support they give, it's very fast, my agent is amazing and always helps us, even with basic doubts of those who are starting. I feel safe with the Wiio.

This is a simple app to use and easy to navigate. Orders can be quickly placed in just a few clicks. I have been using the app and Wiio's service for almost a year, not to mention am very pleased with agent Selly. She is one dedicated agent who is very service-oriented, ever ready to offer help and good advice when I need one. Wiio has been a great partner and support in helping me achieve my business objectives.
