I have been using this app for 3+ years, I have accumulated a lot of emoji reaction left by my customer on all my product. At least more than 4000+ reaction with the most one being 1000+ on a single product. Out of nowhere, all of my product being reset to 0 without them notify me. Contacted the developer for explanation, I get no reply. Pretty sure they are too incompetent to recover it already and I will 100% refuse to manually pump up the number as it is not a genuine things to do to lie our customer. EDIT: They have offered a small compensation for it as they are not able to recover all my 3 years worth of data that is lost in exchange of changing my bad feedback to neutral.

Can't beat this app for what it offers. Super quick and easy and doesn't bog down your theme. The team is super responsive as well. Never had any issues with it and makes us money.

they destroyed my website with the geo location redirect, it cost me 2 day of sales and the issue is not yet resolved, it is a nightmare, clearly.

Just to clarify, we weren't able to consistently reproduce the issue and we suspect it was some other app on your store conflicting with ours which caused the issue. Our developers looked deeply into the issue, but could not determine that the issue was emanating from our app. The best way to fix such issues is for live troubleshooting where we share screens and get more info to diagnose the issue. We requested for a live screen-sharing call to further troubleshoot the issue, but you denied it each time. I want to assure you that you are important to us and getting your issues fixed is our priority. Great App. Many functions that become used by almost 100% of users. Fast customer service too if a certain function isn't working with your theme etc.

Great all in one package! Lots of usefull features. Super support team, responding very fast :) Just a little problem with translations for multilingual stores in some cases. We use the Translation Lab app, and it doesn't work with that. The Codeinero team recommends to use weglot but we don't want to switch.
