Their support team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they go above and beyond to help users with any issues they encounter. They provide quick and helpful responses to all inquiries, and they are always available to offer guidance and support.

they destroyed my website with the geo location redirect, it cost me 2 day of sales and the issue is not yet resolved, it is a nightmare, clearly.

I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with the app on your website. Just to clarify, we weren't able to consistently reproduce the issue and we suspect it was some other app on your store conflicting with ours which caused the issue. Our developers looked deeply into the issue, but could not determine that the issue was emanating from our app. The best way to fix such issues is for live troubleshooting where we share screens and get more info to diagnose the issue. We requested for a live screen-sharing call to further troubleshoot the issue, but you denied it each time. I want to assure you that you are important to us and getting your issues fixed is our priority. If you agree to share more information over a live screen-sharing call, I will ensure to have our best developers work on your case and get it working ASAP. We do offer 24-hr live chat support, Monday through Friday. Please reach out to us via the live chat feature in the app and we will reply to you within minutes to resolve any issues you might be facing. We also love to offer complimentary live screen-share calls to all our valued clients where we can help resolve the issues. Very nice app, with huge possibillities! Free trial and then a low cost after the trial. Saves a lot of money using this app rather then a load of other apps you need to purchase. Very fast support by Ajani. Thank you so much.

This app has the best customer support we have ever seen. And the app itself has so much to offer with pretty much every customization option, which is otherwise worth hunderts of dollar for other apps. Really great!

Great App. Many functions that become used by almost 100% of users. Fast customer service too if a certain function isn't working with your theme etc.

Great app! Eliminates the use of so many apps, which is ideal for us. I am big on customer service, and I received prompt help, and they were extremely knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend this app if you wanted great service and an app that would cover everything you would need to help your store be successful.

Great all in one package! Lots of usefull features. Super support team, responding very fast :) Just a little problem with translations for multilingual stores in some cases. We use the Translation Lab app, and it doesn't work with that. The Codeinero team recommends to use weglot but we don't want to switch.
