They go over and above for their clients. We've run this app on our store for years, and there's a reason why. They kill it, and there's so many options to help conversion rates! Definitely in our VIP list of apps

App has a lot of much needed features, cost is reasonable and customer support is extremely wonderful. The max wait time was 5 to 10 mins and received lot of help with setting up the app. Highly recommend. Wonderful app and extraordinary support.

This app helped us replace many apps in one shot! Mohit Sansarwal was a great help! From conversion rate boosters, to volume discount creation, to the fine tuning... Sales Rocket is the easiest app we have integrated so far.

Incredible good value for money. We have canceled a few other apps and moved over to Sales Rocket. So many apps for one affordable price! Their support is fantastic and the team assisted to get a few glitches with our theme sorted out swiftly. Highly recommended! Well done guys! A must have app for every Shopify store!

I Uninstalled SALES ROCKET before 7 Days and still charged. I saw that the features and saw that it was not a good fit so I installed it before 7 days.
The app was installed for 8 days so you were automatically charged. We approved the refund.

We're running a local store and one of the most basic features 'sales notifications' did not have the option to customise the first names that pop up, making it completely useless for a local store.

I was using literally 5 different apps to do what this app does, and not only does it make life easier, the features are fully customizable AND it has way more features than I even knew possible. OH... and it also sped up my site too! Our shop was in the Top 5% of all Shopify stores, and after using this app, we got bumped up to Top 4%. I attribute much of that to this app!

I was able to remove several apps because this one app provided the same support! This will not only help with my site speed but also save me some money. It also helped with making my site easier to navigate, less cluttered. So far so good. And I love the Terms of Service button at check-out - the cost of the app is worth it for that alone, everything else is a super bonus! Thanks!
