This is the only all in 1 app every used cause of the price point. I don't like to really worry customer service unless I really can't figure it out. Or it's not in my specialty. When I do contact them most of the time it's about css. And they are willing to help just as fast and easy as you chat with them.

Awesome features and technical support. It depends on your needs and the current Shopify plan but in my case fits perfect with my store and they answer your doubts really fast. 10/10

Has some great features, it was 9.999 but when i tried to add it to my new site it was charging 19.99 - thats a big jump when you only want to use 2 features!

Mohit, Mohit, Awesome Mohit, the technician I contacted on the Sales Rocket dashboard. I have some repeated and tough requests about the Volume Discount function and the CSS style, Mohit's patience and dedicated job help me out soon. It is beyond words to show my respect to the Sales Rocket team, but I believe the team that developed this app is professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend it to the Chinese sellers circle. By the way, the pricing is slightly unacceptable. It would be better if it charges depending on the functions the shop owner used.

The response below is misleading. I approached support repeatedly about faulty discounts. They "fixed it" several times. I uninstalled. They are not "working on repair". Review: Not working anymore with new Dawn theme. Support is good but the app wont apply discounts properly in spite of several attempts to rectify with developer.

Pretty simple to use. Had an issue but the developer's were onto it ASAP and fixed everything within minutes as well as ensured it was all working. Great customer service.

App has a lot of much needed features, cost is reasonable and customer support is extremely wonderful. The max wait time was 5 to 10 mins and received lot of help with setting up the app. Highly recommend. Wonderful app and extraordinary support.
