Exceptional Support & Flawless Implementation! Wishlist Hero is an outstanding app, but their support team makes it truly premium. Yomna assisted us with custom theme changes and was exceptionally kind, professional, and quick to deliver. Communication was prompt, precise, and handled with great attention to detail. It’s reassuring to work with a team that is both technical and deeply committed to merchant success. Highly recommended!
We raised our customisation requests on 26 August. We followed up repeatedly on 1, 2, 4 and 9 September, and today is 18 September — still no proper resolution or actionable update. We clearly explained multiple times that we are not developers and asked for either the exact code + placement or for the team to implement the changes on our store. Instead, we kept receiving generic responses like “we’re checking” and “we’ll get back to you ASAP.” It has now been over three weeks of chasing the same basic requests. If something isn't possible, simply say so. But leaving customers waiting for weeks without an actual update is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Very disappointing customer support experience.
You're right, and we're sorry. You told us clearly that you're not developers and asked us to either give you exact code and placement or make the changes for you. We did neither. Three weeks of "we're checking" is not a real answer, and repeatedly following up should never have been your job. We've reached out to you directly. Our team is ready to go into the store and implement the layout, typography, padding and header changes ourselves, not hand you documentation and hope for the best. We've also changed how we handle customisation requests so they can't sit in limbo like this again: if something isn't possible, you'll hear that plainly instead of waiting.

Great experience with the customer service. Yomna from Customer Success helped us make the app fit our shop, and worked really quick and efficiently.
Yomna from the support team was quick and genuinely helpful. We needed the wishlist icon working on our collection pages and she got it live on our theme, then followed up to confirm it was working. The app itself does what we need - guest wishlists with no login required, a separate wishlist page rather than a popup, and it was easy to match to our theme's styling. Good support experience.
Yomna hat uns super, schnell und perfekt geholfen. Jedes Mal, wenn ich mich an Revamp wegen Wishlist Hero wende, weil ich z.B. etwas geändert haben möchte, geht es sehr schnell, total unkompliziert und einwandfrei. Recomendo. App intuitiva e fácil de configurar. Para uma fase inicial a versão gratuita é mais do que suficiente. Apenas existe um pequeno inconveniente, por vezes o botão desaparece nas páginas de coleção e é necessário reinstalar.

App no longer works and just gives a redirect link. Have yet for it to be fixed. Not sure what is going on with it but I have 0 access in admin to see data from customers.

Great app and very helpful support team. The app works well for adding wishlist functionality to a Shopify store, and the support team was responsive and helped with custom adjustments. Special thanks to Yomna for her patience, clear communication, and assistance with the header icon placement and styling. Very good experience overall.
