Exceptional Support & Flawless Implementation! Wishlist Hero is an outstanding app, but their support team makes it truly premium. Yomna assisted us with custom theme changes and was exceptionally kind, professional, and quick to deliver. Communication was prompt, precise, and handled with great attention to detail. It’s reassuring to work with a team that is both technical and deeply committed to merchant success. Highly recommended!
Yomna is responsive to help with our requested change. Thanks!
Great experience with the customer service. Yomna from Customer Success helped us make the app fit our shop, and worked really quick and efficiently.
Yomna from the support team was quick and genuinely helpful. We needed the wishlist icon working on our collection pages and she got it live on our theme, then followed up to confirm it was working. The app itself does what we need - guest wishlists with no login required, a separate wishlist page rather than a popup, and it was easy to match to our theme's styling. Good support experience.
Liebe Grüße Rudolf vom Fadenkreuz Bobbel Team
I had an issue where the script was loading 5 times, but they worked with me and resolved the issue. Thanks for the support
Hi JPRO Supplies, We're sorry we let you down — especially after 5 years together. This shouldn't have happened, and it's on us that your messages went unanswered. We've since reviewed our support process end-to-end and made changes to make sure this doesn't happen again. Separately, we've identified the cause of the duplicate script loading on your store and can fix it immediately, with zero downtime on your end. We've reached out to your account email with a direct line to our senior engineering team. Whether you decide to stay or complete your migration, we'll make sure your store's code is left clean and optimized. — The Wishlist Hero Team
Just started using the app, but the setup experience has been excellent so far. Yomna was incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to assist with the customizations I needed for my theme. She made the whole process smooth and was a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to using the app. Thank you, Yomna!
La personnalisation est assez complète et l'app semble bien fonctionner jusqu'ici. La support team est top, répond très vite et est super efficace. Mention spéciale à Yomna qui m'a aidé à parfaitement intégrer l'app à l'esthétique de mon site
Kind attention, fast and efficient work from Yomna.
Recomendo. App intuitiva e fácil de configurar. Para uma fase inicial a versão gratuita é mais do que suficiente. Apenas existe um pequeno inconveniente, por vezes o botão desaparece nas páginas de coleção e é necessário reinstalar.
Support team very prompt and helpful and know what they are doing.
Excellent app and outstanding customer support! Special thanks to Yomana for her quick responses and instant assistance with every customization I needed. She went above and beyond to help. Thank you, Yomana! Highly recommended!
Great app and very helpful support team. The app works well for adding wishlist functionality to a Shopify store, and the support team was responsive and helped with custom adjustments. Special thanks to Yomna for her patience, clear communication, and assistance with the header icon placement and styling. Very good experience overall.
Yomma was really helpful. Thank you
