Disappointed with the support, at first, the team was helpful and helped me set things up correctly. However, after that, my logo in the header got completely bugged, and no one has provided a fix. I’ve sent multiple tickets asking for updates, but all I get are automatic email replies with no real assistance. It’s really frustrating, especially after the good start. Hope they improve their customer support soon, because the app itself has potential.

Very bad customer service... I contacted their support team to add the icon to my header menu, they did respond to an email, but have never responded since, my issue has not been resolved. Very disappointed.

After going 19 correspondences and 6 hours on email, there are still errors on the implementation. Not very impressed by the quality of support and not sure if this is an app we'd want to work with.

I've had this app installed for a few weeks. For whatever reason the option to add to the menu or header does not work correctly. I have reached out to their support and while they have (eventually) answered, they have not resolved my issue.

App is good, but when you delete it the icon does not disapear and the support dont answer to mail !
