We wanted a way to put up a Wishlist for our clients but the heart was not appearing properly. Because our picture sizes are not exactly the same size, Sameh assisted us in placing the "heart" where it was the most consistent. I was amazed at the level of customer service they provided. Rare these days.

This app is great and perfect solution for enabling Wishlist feature in Shopify. I am currently using this app for enabling Wishlist feature in different pages of my store. Customer support is great. They helped me implementing the feature and they did most of the work enabling the app. Thank you for your timely and professional response. Kudos to you guys

Good! I wanted to change something on the layout of the wishlist but i did not know where i can change it. I send a message and within a couple of minutes i get a email back and they have change the layout for me! Helpfull and good app!!

Not bad so far. Better than the other reasonably priced Wishlist apps. Just waiting to hear back from their support team for assistance with adding a collection page icon etc. (Just emailed them, so I don't expect to hear back for 24 hours.) I'll update my review once I've used it more.

I tried 3-4 wishlist apps, but somehow none of the meshed very well with the debut theme I use. I eventually concluded, there is no one size fits all. Wishlist hero was closest to what I wanted, with a very reasonable pricing. I decided to give a try with their support, if they can mesh the wishlist functionality seamlessly into my theme. I asked a ~5 list of changes that I wanted to see, they understood it immediately and they have done it in half a day. Now it is my turn to hold my end of the bargain, I went ahead with first paying tier, and will be glad to go to the next once my wishlist activity requires that.

Wishlist Hero is literary my HERO! And here's why: For the longest time we were true to another quite popular wishlist app which all of a sudden forced us to upgrade the already flawless and flourishing wishlist to their newest version, which had a completely new look (very generic) and a thousand new features that were unnecessarily complicated, plus no way to customize even the most basic layout features on the back-end without emailing, raising a ticket and waiting for support. This new wishlist-version looked so out of place, like it does not belong to the website at all, it was terrifying and after four stressful nights with many attempts to reach out to support and not receiving any help regarding customization, I had no choice but to say a prayer and find a replacement wishlist app within.. ASAP. Next thing I know, the website has a great new wishlist, customers wishlists were being transferred, and everything worked out for the best. All of the help received from Wishlist Hero was immediate - they helped straight away, eventhough technically we were still on their trial version. All of the stress was gone, thanks to the reliable, understanding, and responsive tech support at Wishlist Hero! So many elements of the wishlist can be easily customized in the settings and that's a huge plus compared to the old wishlist. And I really like that the guest wishlist is share-able and does not force guest users to create accounts. I'm also glad we didn't have to waste time trying out a ton of wishlist apps before finding the HERO wishlist!

This app was exactly what I was looking for! Easy install into the header menu, and next to standard customization Wishlist Hero also provides help with custom changes! The app works perfectly smooth, and the customer service is very friendly and helpful, highly recommend!

This app is brilliant, it is sleek, clean, modern, and minimalistic. It allows converting visitors into shoppers by keeping their preferences on the wishlist. Customer service is super-efficient!!! Great app so far which is actually replacing another wishlist app that we were paying much more for (we are a small store with a low volume of orders & currently a low amount of wishlists). The initial setup went smoothly and we really like the floating side bar to link to the wishlist app. However, we noticed on the mobile view that the side bar was blocking too much of our site and menu options. I reached out to the app developers and they were able to update the code for us to display the side bar link on desktop and an icon in the header instead on mobile devices. The team was quick to respond and to make the requested updates, and followed up after to ensure everything was working as we wanted. So far the app itself is working well for us and we like that it offers much more comprehensive analytics than the app we were previously using.

I recently installed this app, and I love how easy it is to use and set up. There is no need for code and it integrates beautifully with my theme.
