Excelente aplicación, realmente el bot aprende acerca del negocio y sus respuestas son cada vez mejores. Su redacción es impecable y las correcciones super sencillas, pero lo más importante: el servicio a clientes es mucho más de lo que esperaba, siempre hay alguien en whatsapp pendiente de resolver cualquier problema.

We're still in the learning phase but we can already tell this is a great tool that will help us solve common questions and close sales. Our products are specially difficult to purchase because there are a lot of questions that customers need solving before purchasing, and this is helping us a lot. Also, the support team is amazing, they're always available and super helpful to solve whatever issue we encounter

Excelente aplicación para cualquier negocio que necesita servicio al cliente rápido y efectivo (basicamente, útil para todos los negocios jajaja). I run a small business by myself, and this app has enabled me to automate customer support after hours. I offer WhatsApp support during office hours, and this AI bot fills in after hours. It is well thought out, and I was able to fine-tune it to my store's needs very easily. I like that I can review the conversations and offer better replies for future conversations. Customer support is amazing. They often review the conversations and proactively offer help if any issues surface. Highly recommended.

Es una app muy agradable ya que es fácil de usar y ayuda a mejorar la comunicación con los clientes. El entrenamiento es muy rápido y tiene la posibilidad de que las respuestas se sientan muy cercanas y con la esencia que la marca quiere transmitir. La comunicación con el equipo también ha sido muy activa y diligente.

Me encanta esta app! Amo que puedas enseñarle a tu bot información super resumida para que tus clientes queden satisfechos. Es super amigable y fácil de usar. Simplemente no me cambiaría.
