As the website for Colombia's first and leading international marathon, we needed something FAST, both to deploy and manage, and that's what we got with Wizybot! We got it up and "running" ;) in a few minutes with their wonderful and thoughtful assistance and it's been 3 months where we have boosted our peace of mind -and also of our runners-. We were able to reply to a high volume of requests due to the closing of the registration period and that alone was a game changer for us. We had tried other apps but not a single one felt as polished and flawless as Wizybot. It's complete game changer. And a wonderful team.

We recently added Wizybot to our Shopify store and it has been a game changer. It responses quickly and efficiently. It offers suggestions to upsell and has increased sales. It is truly an answered prayer. Their customer support team responded very quickly. They are truly amazing. I highly recommend using Wizybot to enhance customer support and satisfaction!

The learning speed of the program is impressive, it is easy to train and has a simple and intuitive user interface. In order processing, Wizybot demonstrates outstanding performance by responding precisely to customer requests. It is particularly effective when it comes to tracking requests, complaint management, returns processing, product availability, special product features, ingredients, recommendations and discount promotions. It also makes a significant contribution to increasing our sales rate and acts as an extremely useful sales assistant, which noticeably reduces our administrative workload. We are absolutely delighted with Wizybot and intend to continue using it as our sales assistant and consultant and to develop it further on an ongoing basis.

We recently added Wizybot to our website and had over $1000 in sales in the first 2 weeks attributed to Wizybot engagements. The staff at Wizybot is accessible and has provided us with excellent support. I was able to integrate Wizybot into our Shopify site in minutes and results speak for themselves. I tried to use other Chatbot apps, but Wizybot is clearly the best one I have found. Thank you Team Wizybot!

La experiencia con Wizybot ha sido realmente sorprendente. Tenemos una tienda de más de 300 productos y adicionalmente también vendemos servicios fuera de nuestra tienda en línea. Wizzybot nos ayuda a responder la mayoría de los mensajes de nuestros clientes y además sabe muy bien cuando transferir el cliente a otra área. Estamos ansiosos de conocer la integración con WhatsApp y redes.
