La personalización y el constante aprendizaje de la aplicación permite tener un mejor control de la herramienta. La manera en la que recomienda y ayuda al los clientes resulta muy útil a la hora de convertir.

Una herramienta espectacular, fue la mejor solución que encontramos para darle una excelente atención y servicio al cliente a los visitantes. En menos de 24 horas, ya el bot nos había ayudado a generar una venta.

This is by far the best chat solution I have found. The app itself is great, easy to install and adjust. It literally looks like we have an expert answering clients questions. Highly recommended!

Llevo usando la aplicación por 1 semana y realmente me ha parecido muy buena, la respuesta es natural y toma muy bien las descripciones de los productos y recomienda súper bien al cliente en las políticas de la empresa. definitivamente es una muy buena aplicación y la seguiré usando y recomendando.
