I have just opened a store on Shopify and created most of my designs from InkPOD. Today i came across a message that the app is not supported, I'm so heartbroken and i would like to get some clarity from the InkPOD team as to whether this issue going to be fixed? I can't spend another weak looking for apps that would give me the ability to create my designs like InkPOD. I have sent the message to the developer and still waiting for feedback. …………………………………………………………………………………………… Update: The Dev team reached out to me with regards to this issue and all I can say is WOW. The customer support team at InkPOD deserves special mention. They were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable, addressing my query and concerns I had in a timely manner. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service truly sets InkPOD apart from other similar applications. In conclusion, I highly recommend InkPOD to anyone in need of a powerful and user-friendly design application. Whether you're a professional designer or a hobbyist, InkPOD offers a seamless and delightful experience that will enhance your creative journey. Give it a try, and you won't be disappointed! Hello, I'm sorry to bring you a bad experience. Because Shopify updated the data in the background, we did not synchronize it in time, causing our App to appear in the "unsupported" status. Our tech guys have fixed this issue. Thank you very much for your feedback. We will continue to improve our App experience.

Update: Two months post the shop's launch, my satisfaction level stands at 80%. - One of the products that was delivered to a customer had major printing flaws because the manufacturer had changed the model of the product. After submitting the complaint, I got a refund swiftly. - After multiple purchases and careful assessment, I've decided to discontinue 2 out of the 8 items in my shop due to consistent issues with their quality. Unfortunately, these particular products did not meet the standards I strive to maintain for my customers. - While I was initially thrilled by Ink POD's commitment to updating their mockup images according to my requests, it's disheartening that, after more than two months, I'm still awaiting 2 out of 3 updates. As a result, these two models are patiently waiting for their turn to be launched. Overall, I remain satisfied with Ink POD's customer service and intend to be a loyal customer. ______________________________________________________________________________________ As a new store owner entering the world of Print-on-Demand, my experience with Ink POD has been exceptional. Their prompt and dedicated responses, even outside of regular hours, have been invaluable. I'm particularly impressed with their ability to create custom/new mockup photos that showcase my products in the best light. I'm confident that our collaboration will be smooth and successful as my store goes live. In the future, I hope to have the opportunity to impact and enhance product quality by addressing minor imperfections through feedback and reviews.

Great customer service from cyqueen at Inkpod - Helped me get some understanding and get the sample order completed - nice and easy so far, thanks - app is also quite simple to use and easier than others to create product designs.

Great app. One of the reasons I went with this app was because of the custom shoes which alot of services don't offer as well as the jackets. The primary reason is the custom branding. They have several options for custom branding which are very professional. Again, most services don't offer this feature either. The customer service is great. I have had several chats with reps and they have walked me through everything.

Very nice and reliable. The customer service is fast and nice. One thing I would add is to make the warehouse items a part of the product (so create the product with this) so we can attach them straight away rather than having to do manual process. Other than that great app... Waiting to for update !

InkPOD(WowFulfillment) is currently unsupported You can use this app, but it may not work as expected until the developer updates it. You can contact the developer for support or uninstall the app and find an alternative in the Shopify App Store. Zero notice no email nothing. My customers reached out about the product the ordered and H have zero answers except the above message. Ive have ZERO communication Disappointed I spent hours creating product and now it was for nothing

I placed my test order on October 11th. 2 weeks after, when all products were supposed to be already on the way, I was told one of them was not available anymore. No big deal, even I wondered by they could not ship other available products on time. Well, I am still waiting. It's been over 6 weeks!! and I still have not received anything! Customer service answers but does not help. I don't know about the quality of products and print, but I am definitely not using them as my supplier. I can't let my customers wait for 2 months to receive their order.

Secondly, I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to the long logistics shipping time. According to the logistics tracking info, your order will be delivered within these two days. The logistics tracking info shows that the online information of your order was available on Oct 25th, and it has been nearly a month, your order has not been delivered, which is unreasonable, logistics time is out of our control, so we have also complained to the logistics carrier about this problem. We are deeply sorry again for the unhappiness caused by not timely tracking your order info, and you can contact us if you have any questions, we will get back to you promptly. Inkpod has been an amazing POD partner for us. Incredible customer service and a leader in ease of use of product design tools, design update syncing and other tech-oriented capabilities that make designing and managing our products easy. They are also very responsive to our product offering and sourcing needs and a perfect fit considering footwear is a key focus for them.

App is relatively easy to use, though not always entirely intuitive. It takes some time to get used to. The products are of good quality and ship quickly. I wish it were easier to set up tags and bulk-edit prices so that I could more quickly produce or update multiple items. This is a minor complaint though. Good customer service.

Absolutely love these guys. Their shoe quality is fantastic. Print, construction, comfort, shipping, and SERVICE are all impeccable! They are so fast in responding to my emails and any problems I may have. All my customers love the shoes. I plan to work with them for a long time and can’t wait to add more shoes/designs to my store!

The team at wow fulfilment have been extremely helpful with all my questions and issues. I only have good things to say about my experience so far. I'm new to ecommerce and they have been amazing. My sample pair of shoes were amazing quality. Just waiting on my first customer feedback.

Have been using InkPOD for about 10 months now and have been very impressed with their service and products. Mockup generator is great, branded shoe boxes, easy to use dashbaord. The support team is fantastic and very responsive. In fact, they are very proactive. I had one order recently that I had put into production and had missed the fact that the customer Street Address was missing. The InkPOD team alerted me to this so I could correct it prior to shipping. Very happy to recommend InkPOD.

So far, PERFECT! The template files are a little more intricate than some companies, but I've grown to appreciate the extra levels of customization. Zero complaints about product quality and customer service has been prompt and helpful!

Horrible customer service. My customer received boots that were clearly not as designed in the printfile. Forwarded the customer's photos to InkPOD and the person I spoke to immediately told me it was a problem with my design, despite the fact that it obviously didn't match the printfile. Told me that the actual product would be slightly lighter than the mockup but it was not even CLOSE to the printfile color and there is no excuse for that. Rep was argumentative and offered no resolution. Deleted the app and will be finding a different footwear manufacturer. UPDATE: They did finally agree that the product received by the customer was not correct and issued a full refund. But even after refunding they seem intent on continuing to publicly argue about it and apparently now accuse me of lying and misleading other merchants?? Should never have been an argument in the first place. AWFUL customer service that just keeps somehow getting worse. AVOID THEM!

I am so happy with the service and speed of delivery, my Boots arrived in 2 weeks (Australia) which is unheard of for POD. The print is amazing and true to colour. So happy with everything so far and can't wait to continue to grow my business.
