Amazing response team! had to give collaborator code, and voila issue is now solved. I couldnt seem to find the keywords stated in the instructions and I was told that some themes are just structured differently and they corrected it!

We just integrated - first they helped by adding the code snippet in for us (amazing!) and then we saw something not working right - product names weren't pulling through correctly. I am still in the trial period, and while I struggled to get the app to work on my own at first, Mady the Founder was very quick to respond and got it up and running very quickly. So far it looks great and the price is very reasonable.

I am using this app to add a gift wrapping option in the cart/checkout pages. I like how easy it is to set up. I do wish that I could get more personalization options without having to reach out but maybe I just need to dig in more to use more features. Support was very helpful and quickly responsive too!

Customer Service is outstanding! We had trouble finding where to put the snippet codes into our codes and, they helped us immediately!! Not to mention it works great!!!
