The support is extremely quick! We did not know how to add the snipped, and with a quick collaborator request it was done in minutes. We now can charge gift wrapping!

I could not personally get the coding to work, so Mady personally went in and did it for me not only in the checkout but on each product as well. I cannot say enough thank you's! Highly recommend this app!

Ich hatte etwas Schwierigkeiten die App selbst zu installieren, aber der Service hat innerhalb weniger Minuten alles eingerichtet. Und die App finde ich sehr nützlich - vor allem für die Weihnachtszeit.

ギフト包装を決めて、どのアプリを入れたらいいか色々調べてからこのアプリを導入しました。自分で何とか導入をしてみましたが途中行き止まってしまい、あまり機能がうまく動かなくなり、サポートに至急問い合わせをしてみました。そうすると、1時間以上頭をかかえていたことがことの15分以内で解決ができ、正常に使えるようになりました！ 最高のサポートと、ギフト包装アプリだと思います。

This app provides me with the service I've been wanting to offer my customers a by product gift wrap with a note. I needed help installing it and removing the widget from a certain product. Both experiences with Mady (via chat) were quick and resolved my issues. Thanks Mady!

Amazing response team! had to give collaborator code, and voila issue is now solved. I couldnt seem to find the keywords stated in the instructions and I was told that some themes are just structured differently and they corrected it!

Yet again this developer and responded quickly and helped after our theme update. Have nothing but praise for this app. FURTHER UPDATE: This developer has gone above and beyond working to help our shipping app display the correct messaging. He is always very willing to help. UPDATE: Yet again, the developer of this app has jumped to our aid and fixed a feature we wanted. The response time is quick and communication is very easy. Fabulous app does exactly what is required. Had quite a few design issues to fit our theme and this was probably one of the best app developers for response times and getting the support needed.
