I couldn't install it at first, my theme seems to be too old, but a great customer service fixed it!

The app was not working correctly with my theme, but in no more than 5 minutes the customer support resolved the issue.

I needed some help to install the app and Mady was great and very fast in responding. The app seems quite easy to use so now that it is installed we will start using it for our shop.

Simple, easy to use for both the shop owner and customers. I did have a bit of trouble installing the code correctly, but support was instant over chat, and they got it all set up within minutes. I've already had a few orders with gift wrap, and it's easy to see which items are getting wrapped and with what gift message on the order page, which was an issue with another app I had tried. If you're looking for an inexpensive and straightforward solution, look no further.

Good app, and very good support ! We had a problem initially to set up the different gift wraps but Mady worked it out and helped us more than expected. Indeed she helped us to modify the CSS code in order to drawer more better the UX design of our website.

While some other apps are too complicated, this app was exactly what I needed. Had a couple of problems on my end and their support helped me very efficiently. I do recommend it.
