The Wrapped app has been great for us as it has allowed us to capture customisation data on specific products that other apps were not able to achieve. The support from the dev team has been prompt and extremely helpful as well, thank you.

Great support! I needed help with the setup and Adam helped me quickly to solve any issues. Thanks a lot! I've used this app for too short time to say more on its performance and impact on sales, but it looks promising :)

i have communication problems with them at first , but then adam stepped in and helped me , and he made it up , i appreciate it <3 hopefully it will work on my store

One of the best app for Product Gifting on the Shopify Store. App developer is smart and knowledgeable about how things work, very polite always happy to hear the requirement and solve issues in time.

THE BEST SUPPORT and ROI of any app I have ever used (in 10 years) Firstly this app has the best ROI of any app I've ever installed, but better still the support is LIGHTNING FAST. I've been using it for a couple of years, and I highly recommend if you want to offer gift wrapping. It's such an easy upsell!

We use this app across 2 jewellery brands Scream Pretty and Lily Charmed - the set up and service has been spectacular. We wanted to offer different options for gift wrap / standard or minimal packaging so that we can try and reduce unnecessary packaging wherever possible, and still allow people to have the unboxing experience when required. Adam is top notch, responsive and super helpful. recommended!

The implementation process was clean and easy! Wrapped has some of the best support in the game. Adam provides quick response times and is always personable and so knowledgeable. We had a couple of tricky integrations that he took head on and provided us with all of our options to complete integration. We could always count on Adam's support if and when we ran into needing it! After months of having Wrapped Adam is still quick to respond! Great app for a gift wrapping solution made 100x better by Adam and his willingness to support his app's users.

This app is super easy to install and customize. When I had a question for support, Adam was detail-oriented and quickly responded offering a solution. I was able to install it in 10 min and made over 100 US dollars from gift wrapping in one weekend. This app is super helpful, my team saved time and money with this solution.
