xConnector

A very useful app which makes the job easier. What really stands out, though, is the chat support team, they're always available and genuinely willing to help. We're using the app in Bulgaria, where we encountered two issues. Both were resolved by the X-Connector team in less than a day by implementing new features. I'm extremely satisfied with both the app and the support, and I highly recommend it.

Foarte neseriosi au devenit, au ajuns sa nu imi mai raspunda la mesaje cu saptamanile. Am anulat un abonament de care nu mai aveam nevoie toate bune si frumoase pana la ziua platii cand am fost facturat din nou pentru ceva de care nu am beneficiat. Le-am vorbit frumos spunandu-le ca nu mi se pare ok sa platesc pentru asa ceva. Ma rog au inceput sa devina la un moment dat aroganti si cumva sa dea vina pe mine si Shopify. “Sper” ca v-au fost de folos acei bani. Nu recomand aceasta aplicatie prin simplul fapt de cum se trateaza problemele aici.

Foarte utila aplicația. Înainte foloseam doua aplicatii diferite pentru facturare si generare awb, dar acum le-am mutat pe toate în xConnector și câștig foarte mult timp. Îmi place că o poți configura cum ai nevoie, iar cei de la suport sunt foarte proactivi.

We've been using xConnector to handle our SmartBill invoicing and DPD shipping integrations, and the experience has been flawless. The best app and the support is 10 out of 10! I am using this app for almost 5 years and all I can say is that it works perfectly!

Aplicația funcționează bine pentru magazinele care operează exclusiv în România. Totuși, dacă intenționați să expediați și în afara țării, trebuie să știți că suportul este aproape inexistent. De peste 30 de zile am solicitat traducerea modulului de retur în limba italiană — am oferit chiar și textul complet tradus. După două săptămâni, limba italiană a apărut ca opțiune, însă conținutul este tot în română. Am semnalat din nou problema, dar din păcate nu am mai primit niciun răspuns. Concluzie: Recomand să alegeți cu atenție aplicația de fulfillment încă de la început, deoarece ulterior poate fi dificil să schimbați fluxurile deja implementate. În cazul nostru, fiind deja integrați cu xConnector pe magazinele din România, tranziția către o altă soluție este acum destul de complicată.

I’ve been using XConnector on Shopify for a while now and it really makes everything easier – AWB generation and courier integration work flawlessly. What impressed me the most is their support team: super fast response times, always helpful, and they actually solve the issue on the spot. The service desk is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Cel mai bun suport pe care l-am avut pana acum de la o platforma, raspund in mai putin de 5 minute inclusiv in weekend si te ajuta cu tot + poze/link uri de indrumare Iar pe partea de generare de AWB uri e foarte simplu si usor Recomand!
