This is the only delivery and collection point app which works well with Zapier (/local pickup apps) We had an issue with a rarely used feature, since they're a small company it took some time to fix but now it works well.

Recomand aplicația. Unele lucruri sunt ușor de configurat, altele necesită puțin ajutor, dar echipa de asistență a fost mereu acolo pentru solicitările mele. Aplicația este ușor de utilizat, este foarte utilă și acoperă în totalitate nevoile magazinului meu.

Cea mai buna aplicatie de fullfilment pentru Romania. Foarte usor de folosit si intuitiva. Are toate integrarile de care ai nevoie, echipa e mereu deschisa la noi dezvoltari si accepta propuneri de feature-uri de la utilizatori. Felicitari!

Highly reccommend it. It has so many courier and invoicing apps integrated. Very simple to install. I like Cristina a lot,very helpful. Also there are no bots, just human support which makes every easy to solve any issue

I recommend the app. Some things are easy to set up, some require a bit of help, but the support team was always there for my requests. The app is easy to use, it is very helpful and totally covers my shop's needs. Great job!

Foarte utila, te scuteste de foarte mult efort si timp, iar suportul e foarte profesionist! Am zilnic zeci de comenzi, iar fara XConnector mi-ar fi fost imposibil sa ma descurc.

The worst support ever. Even if my credentials are valid and copied and pasted from the email they don't work. Also, the exact same data worked on the billing service website, but not inside xConnector. After I openend the support chat and telling to the "tech guy" that I have an error, he/she replied to me after 1 hour, telling me that the credentials are not valid...

I have been using Xconnector app on two stores for two years. Shortly I managed to set it up in cooperation with support who was helpful and responsive. All went smoothly until I encountered issues which appeared after OSx update which has been preventing me from using the app on my Mac. After passing the issue to Xconnector, all of a sudden customer service stopped responding and actually has never got back to me (to date it is 1.5 months) with any feedback even after sending a few reminders.

Great app, we use it for creating GLS labels in Slovenia and Croatia. Their support is always responsive and helpful (thanks Catalin!). We had a few feature request and they were able to accommodate all of them in reasonable time, so we're really saving time now creating shipping labels. Keep up the good work!

I use this app for my accessories store and it does its job perfectly. My staff finds it very easy to work with it as shopify can be quite a lot to handle for some people. It is just so hassle free since you can both create shipping label and invoice at once and connects to other integrations perfectly. If a customer needs some information about her order you only search for it on xconnector and you get all the information she might need. Neat, clean and smart.
