Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB Sync

Worked for a while, then doesn't. I have failed sync's constantly and have to manually enter. Talking to tech support they basically say their app isn't built to sync certain things I need, like taxes. I am paying for this, and I'm done with it. Time to find another solution that actually works.

The claim of 24/7 support is only technically true, as you can fill out a support form whenever you like. Getting a response is much harder. I received an email back asking for more information, but once I replied I was not contacted back. I booked a 1-on-1 Zoom call and then never received a link to the meeting or a call or text, just radio silence. Their help line number consistently rings out or hangs up abruptly. If you value the ability to contact a help line, Amaka is not the app for you.

Update: the app still doesnt offer features like edited orders sync which makes it very inconvenient to use. I regret buying ther yearly subscription upfront. Poor choice. ------ Support started poorly, but the outcome changed completely thanks to Ria. Early responses were slow and repetitive. Questions stayed unanswered for days, and progress stalled. It was frustrating while trying to reconcile several accounts. Ria then stepped in and turned the situation around. She carefully reviewed the case, understood the issue, and worked through the reconciliation step by step. Her help was thorough, patient, and very clear. Thanks to Ria, all accounts are now properly reconciled. She handled a complex situation with professionalism and real attention to detail. Huge thanks to Ria for the outstanding support and for fixing a very difficult issue.
