Xero Bridge by Parex

After lengthy research, I have landed on this app to integrate Xero with my Shopify as I have found it was the best value for money. Super easy to set up and after I had one small issue, support was fast, efficient and helpful. Highly recommend it!

Kumar at Bridge has done a great job setting up useful functionality meaning that it is easy to locate the Shopify orders from the Xero invoices

Great app, very easy integration, and the few doubts I had were promptly answered and even improved with features I did not know existed, thanks to the proactive approach by the customer service team.

This app is perfect and does exactly what it says it will and the customer service is top notch. They are always quick to answer all of my questions and even set up custom mapping for me so everything goes right where it needs to! And they even sent follow up emails just to check that everything is working smoothly! If you need to sync shopify with xero, I cannot recommend this app enough!!

We recently discovered Xero Bridge and we are so happy we did. We had it up and running in less than an hour and since we have started using it Xero and Shopify are in sync and reconciling our orders is finally fun again. This integration works flawless and if you have a question, the support is fast and super helpful. Strongly recommend is you use Xero and Shopify, as for us this is the best integration in the app store. We had been using Xero and Shopify since we started on Shopify several years ago. We started out with the original integration between Xero and Shopify from Xero and things were working ok. After several years that integration was handed over to a third party and that is when problems started to occur. So if you are in a similar boat, then Xero Bridge will resolve your issue.

Works very well, with great support if required. Better than the previous App we used and lower cost.

Fantastic app and very speedy and helpful support from Kumar. After a few emails educating me on how to use the software, it works seamlessly now and syncs over almost immediately when an order comes in. Very happy!

The app is very user friendly, however when I opted for the 'holding account' which wasn't working for our type of business and transactions, the staff at Xero Bridge are hands down the nicest most helpful and knowledgable support you could ask for. Fixed and reset all our issues so we could start from scratch again with all orders re-synced. Timely responses to all emails with complete results every time. Thank you so much! Sam & Niccii.

Exactly what I was looking for. Saves me hours of work. Some kinks needed to be worked out in the beginning, but customer support was very helpful.

Since changing to this integration all the orders are now actually in Xero. I checked one order and it only took 8 mins for an order with over 20 items to sync across to Xero. Support team has been excellent and my queries have been answered very quickly and more importantly accurately. Very impressed with this integration - the time and frustration it has saved has been of enormous help.

We needed to sync with Xero accounting and as we publish children's books, some of the purchases are zero rated VAT. This app really helped us to do this and Kumar was very helpful guiding us through the setup. Saved us hours of admin. Many thanks to the Xero Bridge team for an excellent job. UPDATE: More help needed with our complex VAT and getting data from PayPal. The team at Xero Bridge were great as always and can't fault them. Would recommend in an instant.

Absolutely outstanding app that does what it says, with great support, at a very reasonable price. The app is saving us a lot of time in both order entry to Xero, inventory management, and bank reconciliation. Kumar has gone above and beyond in support. Xero Bridge has helped solve the necessary but mundane tasks of back end management through excellent automation. It allows us to now concentrate on front end tasks that benefit our customers (better product descriptions / images / videos / promotions etc) Well done Xero Bridge team.

We had some initial problems with the setup but the bridge team worked really hard to make this work and now we have a very efficient link that deals with multiple payments on orders. Highly recommend this app for people with orders that are paid over time.

One quick adjustment the developer made on Bridge to make sure discounts were in place and all is well. Very quick technical support and so far the app is doing exactly what it is supposed to do.

Saves so much time once setup, and Kumar is fantastic with his support. We are loading it onto our other store as well.

This app actually did what I wanted it to do. I have been looking for some time and no other apps come close! Kumar was very helpful and customised all the settings for me and responded promptly when I had a request. Would definitely recommend.

It's early days but the developers have been super helpful. They've managed to transfer all of our transactions over for us and it was a super simple set up.

This was actually set up by my colleague who has a lot of knowledge regarding system integration so can't speak as to how easy/hard it was to put in place, however, since it has been set up it has been running perfectly well. I recently had to contact their software support team, as i thought i had changed a setting which would cause problems, and was pleasantly surprised that i was contacted within a couple of hours. Kumar emailed me and took me through the situation step by step which was very helpful. Would recommend.
