Love this app, made doing my receipts easy. Also support from Alexa was quick and helpful when I needed it.

Great app with great support. Once setup it runs seamlessly sending all the data we need to Xero. The one time we needed support we got it immediately. Thanks for the fast resolution Nick!

I've been using this for a few months now to pull all my orders on to Xero, there have been some errors occurring recently with pulling through the refunds. I contacted the team and David fixed the issue for me in a few hours. Great service and saves me so much work!!

This app was super easy to use and setup. When we did have an issue, (our fault) the tech/customer support found the cause of the issue and gave us steps to solve it quickly. Cheers David for keeping us up and running!!

This app works well. Easy to reconcile invoices, payments and transaction fees. I use stock and it works well for the stocked items, except Xero doesn't support back orders, which isn't a Bold issue, but a Xero one. However once I have the stock in it's easy to manually transfer the order to Xero. TBH I'm amazed at the price!

This app is awesome, it has saved me a ton of time and potential mistakes in crossing my data over! Highly recommended. Had an issue on my settings recently that I had been unable to resolve myself, David sorted it out for me in 2 clicks!

Worked just fine during our Xero trial, so we upgraded to a paid account. I will update once we get more orders.

This is the kind of app I was looking for my online shopify store furniturestop.co.uk. This app proved to be very useful especially for simplifying the process of accounting.

I have been waiting for an app for Xero that works. When I first had my site built, the reviews were so bad and I wasn't going to risk it. I have been patiently waiting for this app to be taken over by a good developer and was pleased when it was Bold as they are so good. It is seamless and gives us some hours back.Customer service is fast and helpful. Definitely get this app if you use Xero.

Distinction has to be made between this integration which is being managed and developed by BoldCommerce, and the platform Xero.com I posted a bad review originally because support from Xero.com was non-existant, and I need a solid accounting backend asap. However, Paul from BoldCommerce immediately got in touch with me, and gave me a call to help me with the integration - he was super friendly and helpful and he and the team from BoldCommerce deserve praise. For this reason, I give this integration/app 5 stars. I hope Xero.com support will pick up their act to not disappoint the team from Bold...

At first I thought this was no good...kept deleting the app because I was worried. I think many of my issues were more operator error. Once I persevered and continued to test, the app works fine for me. The only thing I would suggest is make sure your item codes and skus are identical in Xero and Shopify if your tracking skus. Also, i wish there was a better way to allocate cash rather than manually allocating. Maybe there is, but I have not figured it out yet.
