Excellent app! Customer service is next level. They solved a compatibility issue we had with our theme in no time. We are using the app daily and have seen an improvement in our blog stats. The app lacks some features that you can find on the WordPress app, but it's due to the limitations of Shopify API. Great work!

Very user-friendly and easy to use, even without much prior experience of SEO. The customer support team is very helpful and responsive - we had a fantastic tutorial from Sid who provided lots of useful resources and answered all our questions - would definitely recommend. This makes it easy to implement good SEO practices in your website.

The app is good, it solved the problem of dealing with structure data. i want to mention their support team. they have been very patient and professional in giving me instant support and help as I am walked through the installation and setting up of the app. very helpful indeed, much more helpful than i could expect from a shopify plugin.

Highly recommend Yoast for all my SEO needs. Support & onboarding has been fantastic, plus training academy is great for beginners, you get full access to this with a subscription. I have seen results in a few months and I am only just getting started. Thank you to the Yoast team for this app, has been great for my business.

So far so good. Ran into some minor google search console issues that I couldn't find the exact Shopify documentation for (found WordPress instructions)..I reached out to Yoast Shopify support and they did a fantastic job in helping me solve the problem quickly.

There was a small glitch that changed our google rich snippets for reviews, but the Yoast support was super helpful in fixing the issue

yoast ist auf jedenfall empfehlenswert, die app unterstützt auf recht einfache und effiziente weise das SEO. wir sind derzeit im aufbau des shops und haben leider noch sehr wenig verkäufe, desshalb kommt für mich diese investition nicht - oder nocht nicht - in frage.

Highly impressed by the performance and results of Yoast SEO Premium for WordPress; we were excited to add Yoast for Shopify too. It works, as we expected, like a charm. Have to commend the Yoast support team, specifically Sid, who was ready at hand with superb advice even over weekends both before and during the installation, guiding us with detailed explanations and screenshots. When we needed a theme code inspection and change, the development team delivered a highly impressive lightning-fast solution on top. All in all, we’re extremely satisfied with Yoast on both platforms. It's easy to use, with a lot of SEO benefits. As another review stated, Yoast support will not leave you until you are fully satisfied.

The tool is easy to use and even within a few weeks I'm starting to see an impact. As well as this the support is really really good.. it's hard to know what to trust in terms of data and errors so the support & academy are just as valuable as the underlying tool in navigating all this

The app definitely teaches you a lot about SEO. You still need to enter everything yourself, it's not going to do it for you- as it shouldn't, but it's very helpful with letting you know when you're doing something right- or wrong. I had a few questions, and "Sid" of the support team got back to me in great detail, with screenshots etc. I like it when support is that thorough, and not just with a few sentences.

I’ve always pushed SEO to the back of my mind as a micro business, but since downloading Yoast it’s been extremely easy to implement SEO changes to my site. The online chat support has been great so far, Michael did a great job with my problem, thanks!

Simply the best app for SEO with an amazing extra that is the SEO Academy. By following their tutorials, in a few weeks I got incredible results on Google. Moreover the Yoast SEO support is definitely one of the best I ever experienced. Highly recommended.

All I can say is WOW! I have been emailing back and forth with Yoast for a few days now for help. Every time they emailed me back it was more than help; it was over-the-top help. I use Yoast for optimising content. Yoast provides easy steps to increase SEO for all pages. I like the easy integration, support and the wealth of information available... The app is amazing and easy to use. The tech support is second to none. They go out of their way to answer all your questions superbly.

I enjoyed using the app. The application is very intuitive and almost like a game. You want to achieve the highest number of points in terms of SEO for all texts. I uninstalled it because unfortunately I don't want to afford the purchase price at the moment. Thank you for supporting the uninstall.

Hi there, thank you for your question. We have a dedicated support team that can be reached 24/7 at [email protected] (and via live chat). Please do reach out to us with any additional questions or concerns, we are happy to help. That being said, leftover code usually remains if the app is uninstalled without completing the right process, which requires first deactivation of the app to remove theme modifications and then deletion of the app. Or if another (usually SEO-related) app interfered with the process. If you haven't already, please reference our page with Yoast SEO app uninstall instructions: https://yoast.com/help/remove-yoast-code-from-theme-in-shopify/ Here are next troubleshooting steps to take: 1. Re-install the Yoast SEO app on your site. 2. Instead of "Get a subscription," click on "Remove theme modifications.". Please wait until the process is finished. 3. Click on Go back to Apps and then Remove the app again. Once you've done this, the Yoast SEO code should be completely removed. In case you have another SEO app installed, it would be best to remove that first before proceeding with the steps above, as other SEO apps may interfere with the proper uninstallation process of Yoast SEO.
