I made an order 08/21 just received my items today. That's not the issue the issue is that the order is completely wrong. Wrong size wrong feel, wrong materia, doesn't look like what I ordered.

The quality, pricing, and product selection are amazing, yes. But what is REALLY amazing is the turnaround time. I was just SHOCKED at how quickly I received my samples. I almost expected bad products, it happened so fast. Let me tell you, when I opened that parcel I could've cried - the prints looked absolutely gorgeous and the construction was superb. I can't wait to do more business with you guys!!

UPDATE App issues. On chat with tech support for 4.5 hrs and (with 6 comments from tech support) 2nd chance starting to look like a bad choice. Because I believe in being fair I'm going to give this application a 2nd shot. Everyone falls short and deserves a second chance. Hopefully, this app will not let me down the second time. I Will update in two weeks from today

Yoycol has wide product selections at a reasonable price, this really helps with your profit margin. I think the design app could use some work, but it is fine for now. They probably have the best customer service out of many Print on Demand companies I've worked with. They've reached out to me on the app and on email making sure all my needs are taken care of. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a better POD alternative. Regards
