Horrible experience!! Was directed to this by the AI tools, it performed one easy job well and I was excited to explore what else it could do. The yearly billing paused me for just a moment, as good products do not have to force some to use it for a year. But, the price is perfectly set up for scamming, good a mount but not scary enough take the risk. So, they got me. After a week of spending hours working with the AI to created the tasks I was working on and hitting ability road blocks over and over I realized I was missing something or it was beyond it's capabilities, I finally reached out to human support. Got a response two days later.. the response not only didn't fix the issue but it came long after I decided to throw in the towel. I asked to be refunded and was told they have a strict no refund policy by both human support and billing. Do not sign up for the free trial unless you have a great amount of time to fully test before committing. And absolutely do NOT sign on and less you are sure it will do what you need, you will not get your money back without reporting it as fraud!
I didn't like the tool or the fee structure (paying for each zap was completely unreasonable and made us look for an alternative). We were attempting to use it to integrate Shopify data into Pipedrive. It was very limited in what it could do, and again, annoyingly expensive since we receive dozens of orders, draft orders and customer contact updates so we decided to pay a consultant to set up the integration using n8n https://n8n.io/. Now we have a full integration that does exactly what we need it to do with no overhead costs and almost no maintenance. When I realized we were still paying for Zapier 6 months later, they did not want to refund any of the fees even though we had not been using their service. My mistake but it was overall, a very disappointing customer experience and i'm so happy that a better alternative exists.
As a long-time Zapier user (over 5 years), I expected better from a company I’ve trusted for automating critical business processes. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and has left me with no choice but to stop using their service. First, Zapier’s renewal practices are poorly designed, especially for a product costing over $1,000 per year. They send only one email notification about the upcoming renewal a month in advance. I attempted to downgrade my plan a month before renewal but encountered issues on their platform that prevented me from doing so. When the subscription renewed, I contacted their support team on the same day to request a downgrade, as no services had yet been used. Shockingly, they refused my request, citing inflexible policies that completely disregard customer satisfaction or fairness. Adding insult to injury, the customer service agent I dealt with was rude and dismissive, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Zapier has shown they do not value their long-term customers, and I can no longer recommend their service to other business owners. I’ve now stopped using Zapier entirely and will no longer recommend it to my clients. If you’re considering using Zapier for your Shopify store, I’d strongly advise you to carefully review their renewal and cancellation policies before committing. Their inflexibility and poor customer service make them difficult to trust for businesses that rely on transparent and customer-focused practices. I will be following up with a complaint to Shopify as I am not sure their "no refund" policy is in compliance with the app marketplace.
I am experiencing the same thing. I am trying to reconnect to Shopify from Zapier and its giving me an authorizing error. It was working before then just stopped working in the last week.
After using Zapier for years, one day one of our Shopify stores stopped connecting. Every time we're trying to connect it to Zapier, we get "This auth is expired. Please reconnect it here." - No matter what we tried, Zapier will not connect to our store out of a sudden. - Their customer service pretty much said we're on our own after years of working with them and they can't help us. They will file a ticket internally and only IF there is enough complaints like this, then someone will work on this issue.
Really simple to setup and super useful for automating tasks we used to do manually. Great stuff from Zapier.

It is an app that I recommend to save a lot of time automating routine tasks. In 2019 I hope to learn even more about how to automate more tasks. 100% recommended.
Incredibly useful for automating tasks that would otherwise be super tedious. Much easier than coding by hand, too. We mostly use Zapier to share blog posts on social media.
This is perfect for connecting Shopify to Infusionsoft. Excellent customer service and easy to use. I recommend!

We use Zapier to integrate Shopify with our CRM and it works wonderful! Contact information is auto populated which has made our workflow more efficient!
Zapier makes Shopify that little bit better, we have a few automations setup now and we are experimenting on improving our workflow with it. Highly recommended!
Brilliant. Zapier has changed the way our business works. Shopify has great features, but Zapier lets me take a shopify order and plug it into our in-house processing spreadsheets, generate a XERO invoice, and print out shipping labels all ready to go before we even get the notification.
