Answering tickets has become much more seamless since using the Shopify integration. 80% of the information needed about an order/customer is right at our fingertips. If I could make any suggestion that would change this review to a 5-star review would be to add the timeline notes to the sidebar. Our reps utilize the timeline notes for any and all edits to an order.
Thank you for your review. I've captured your feedback regarding the visibility of timeline notes for consideration in future updates. Aside from timeline notes, are there any other fields which make up the 20% of information needed which is not available today?

The App is very useful and its working well. It will save you some time to get the customers data regarding to the ticket inside Zendesk. I like it!

We love using the Shopify integration, it's great for finding quick details on a customer's order while solving tickets.

Very useful app integration! Allows agents to easily connect customer questions with order specifics. It would be nice to have more detail without having to log in to Shopify though.

The Zendesk and Shopify integration is a great tool for our Customer support team!!!! We are easily able to locate customer details and orders while we are working on a ticket rather than going back from one web page to the other. This is just one of the many ways we use this app!

The Shopify/Zendesk is an integral part of our business, we use it to have surface-level visibility into customer order history and details as well as customer notes while doing sales and support. The app largely eliminates the need for an entire additional window. The reason I can only give 4/5 stars is that there are a few features I'd still love to see, that could truly let our team work solely through the Zendesk interface: 1. If we could place orders within the side-bar app 2. if we could connect ticket numbers with the SKUs in an order created from that customer interaction.

We have been using the Shopify integration with Zendesk for over a year. It has helped increase the speed with answering tickets by providing some of the basic information that may be needed. With that said, it is missing some other features that would make a huge difference. Due to the way our company is setup, we have to have 3 different Shopify widgets on our Zendesk account. This is a real slow down and takes up a lot of space within our tickets. It would be great if we could have a drop down to switch between different stores we own. It would also be beneficial to have some quick link buttons to add information to a ticket without having to copy and paste everything. Maybe look and see what ChannelReply is doing and see if there is a way to integrate some of that into the app. Overall a good app, just feels dated and needs more updates.

It's a wonderful seamless integration. I do wish there were more actions that could be taken without having to first go to Shopify.

Good to see some developer responses. App works as expected and saves us a lot of time. Unfortunately it matches the order based on the primary email address in Zendesk, which oftentimes is different. It would be good if it also matched by secondary email addresses and/or Shopify order number set in Zendesk.

If you like me couldn't figure out why it's not showing the order information in your Zendesk, you have to click the *************** "Apps" button in the top right corner.

Integration with Shopify was a breeze, and it's been really useful to have Shopify data within our Zendesk portal. However, sometimes the Zendesk UI is a bit difficult to navigate and find what I'm looking for.

With this integration, we're able to swiftly pull up customer information & order details. This keeps our team focusing on customer interactions rather than tracking down orders. Thumbs up!

Not a bad product. Needs a few more features from a support perspective. Integration is easy and works well. But it needs to support more than one shopify store.

Does everything it needs to. Could improve in some areas e.g. user friendliness, the ability to reply to a different email address etc.. but overall a very handy tool that has made life very easy.

Zendesk is best thing out there for customer service. I have used SalesForce extensively but find that Zendesk provides all the tools specific for addressing customer concerns. The email formatting and automation can be improved.

This app has been wonderful. It's easy to setup, use, and train new customer support agents, this is huge! This shortcut has reduced our overall time and increased customer satisfaction!
