We've been using Zigpoll for half a year or so and the app is excellent. The surveys are simple, yet customisable to suit many different needs. The results are great, and clearly are engaging customers as intended. The config can be a little tricky at times, but the support team are responsive and know their product really well. We're very happy to continue using the app.

We use Zigpoll to integrate various surveys into our Shopify store, such as post-purchase sale and exit intent surveys. The integration is seamless, and the support is fast, helpful, and friendly.

We are using Zigpoll for gathering both long-time and new customer feedback, post-purchase surveys, and fielding product finder requests via our website. The app experience so far has been fantastic. Feature-rich, UI is intuitive, template options are plentiful, and the customization options make it easy for me to fine-tune each survey to our business end goals. Very happy with both Zigpoll's features/UX and the prompt response I received to my Support inquiry. Strongly recommend!

Zigpoll has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It’s incredibly easy to set up, and the interface is clean, intuitive, and customizable. Linked with flow, it's very useful for orders and customer tagging! I love how flexible the app is, everything works smoothly. The analytics are clear and actionable, helping us understand our customers better and make smarter decisions. Their support team is also outstanding.
