The customer service is top-notch. Just had a 30 min video call with Jason who walked me through setting up a poll to meet our company's specific needs. It's exactly what we were looking for and didn't think we'd be able to achieve. The ability to drill down with this app is impressive and we are really looking forward to seeing what we can do with it. Super impressed.

Seems to be doing everything I need. Without much efforts. The team is super reactive, and takes (good) improvement suggestions into account very fast. We tested a number of survey tools and this is the one we will adopt!

Absolutely love this app! It's incredibly user-friendly—setting up surveys takes just minutes, and everything runs super fast. You don't need any coding skills to get started, which is a huge plus. The analytics and charts are top-notch, making it easy to visualize your survey data. I especially appreciate how seamlessly it integrates responses into Shopify Orders and Customer Records. The support is AMAZING too! Whenever I had questions, I received quick and helpful responses. So far this app has been excellent and the support is even better. i first used the app to see where the people came from that were purchasing which helped me realize my Facebook ads weren't as successful as Facebooks data might have you believe. I am now using it to ask customers who are abandoning their carts what stopped them from purchasing. this app if use correctly could have some real horsepower.

This app will give you instant access to more insights into your customers behavior. It is easy to implement and we already got very useful insights utilizing the post purchase & exit intent surveys. The support team is super responsive and resolved our inquiries while setting up the app quickly. Fully recommend!

This app is meticulously crafted down to the smallest details, which is obvious as soon as you start using it and even more so as you explore all its features. I use it for countless situations involving surveys and beyond, because it’s also extremely flexible. Not to mention the customer support, which is really fast, straight to the point, and helps you find solutions in specific cases. In my opinion, it’s the best app for surveys, but also for quizzes.

Super easy to set up and use the surveys with a huge variety of templates to choose from. If you get stuck their support team responds very quickly and will help you through the issue too. I would highly recommend this app if you want to add surveys to your site!
