We've started using Zigpoll to request customer IDs on the thank you screen. The team was very helpful and assisted us with implementation! We will definitely explore further to get the most out of the surveys.

Die App ist sehr hilfreich, um herauszufinden wo die Käufe herkommen. Der Support ist auch toll. Nur das Backend der App finde ich leider sehr unübersichtlich und würde mir eine modernere, intuitiv bedienbare Ansicht wünschen.

Attribution is extremely hard to pinpoint these days. What I love about Zigpoll is you can see the entire pathway: what the customer clicked on or searched to find your site vs. what they self-reported can be very enlightening. The fact that Zigpoll can integrate with pretty much any platform we use is also a huge plus. Their customer service is unparalelled, we always get replies within 24 hours whenever we have any issue, and every problem we encountered has been resolved easily with their help!

I’m new to Shopify and was looking for a survey tool to use on my store. That’s when I found Zigpoll — and it’s been amazing. Whenever I have questions, the team responds so kindly and clearly explains what I need to do. It’s honestly so, so good. I highly recommend it! The data collection features are also very detailed and impressive. Please keep up the great quality. I’m cheering for the whole team!

Zigpoll is awesome. I needed a specific update for my form panels (checkbox randomization) and the founder actually made sure it was built and implemented for me within a week. It is rare to find a founder who listens to feedback this closely and acts this fast. 5 stars isn't enough – super happy with the experience and we'll be using this for a long time to come.

We've been using Zigpoll for about a year and it has been incredibly useful. Not only is it super easy to setup, but the number of customers who fill the forms is high enough for us to make meaningful decisions based on the Analytics. Lastly, support is fantastic! We had a billing question and got an answer within minutes of submitting it. We're really impress and could not recommend this app enough.

We have found this app very valuable in obtaining qualitative post purchase customer feedback. There are many question types and basic styling is possible. Jason is super responsive when we have any questions. I recommend this app.
