Great app with many interesting features. Great staff with quick responses, personal help and customized solutions.

We recently integrated Zigpoll into our Shopify store, and it's been a pretty fantastic experience. The software is very customisable, and very easy to tailor to our needs. Installation was a breeze, and it integrates seamlessly with our Shopify, which allowed us to quickly launch our surveys. The user interface is a bit old-school in design (currently), but very intuitive. This makes it easy to create surveys and option flows. The output graphs and data are in easy formats too. The simplicity in design makes it quite simple to use and understand, even when working with complicated survey options. A real standout for us, was our support experience, which has been outstanding. Whenever we reached out with queries, the team responded almost immediately, and resolved any questions, with speed and efficiency. Their dedication to customer service really endeared us to using their solution. Overall, Zigpoll has been a great tool, with minimal hassle. We highly recommend it to other Shopify store owners looking for a great survey app that works well with Shopify.

Useful app for collecting customer feedback. Set up and customization is intuitive, with good instruction/ documentation, user-friendly application to your site / emails with analytics. The support is responsive and helpful. Lots of features at the $25/mo tier.

Been using this app for about 3 months now and I really like it. It's easy to use, you can set up surveys easily, set up rules for who to show it to easily and the customer service has been great. I would recommend trying it for a great post-purchase survey to learn more about who is shopping with you.

Zigpoll is incredible, they always keep you updated with statistics of your polls which helps you think of creative solutions for your business, plus Jason was able to personally help me with a feature request called an action slide which allows for a person to first open up a link within the poll before proceeding to the next slide. Thanks a lot, this product is amazing!

Great, intuitive app for integrating surveys into your Shopify store. Lots of flexibility with settings without getting overly complicated. Great support when you have questions. Highly recommend!

this is a great app for collecting surveys. it's really flexible with loads of options. love the post purchase thank you page survey which is providing good insight into where a customer heard about our product. The new AI insights are handy too. Support have been really helpful, fast at responding and willing to help

The app is easy to use and intuitive. I had a couple of questions during the setup, which Jason promptly answered. Echoing other reviewer's comments, what really sets this app apart is the excellent support and customer service from Jason and his team. The response time is amazing, and Jason is always looking for feedback from us and to try and continually improve the app and add more features, exemplifying a customer-centric mindset.

This app has been very useful for our business. Easy to set up and I like the aesthetic. I was a little confused about the pricing and Jason responded to my inquiry immediately. He was very helpful and even offered to customize the app to meet our needs. I really like how AI summarizes the responses for you so you can see a common theme at a glance. I also love that it puts the responses by the customer's order. Very useful. All in all, highly recommend!
