I’ve been using this survey tool on Shopify to gather customer feedback, and it's been a total game-changer! The variety of question formats is a huge plus—I've used everything from simple yes/no polls to detailed customer feedback forms, and I love that I can tailor different surveys to different pages of my store. It makes collecting feedback super targeted and effective. Honestly, I can't even list all the amazing features in one review. The customer service is also top-tier! The owner personally reached out to ask if I had any questions and went above and beyond to help me with a few areas I was confused about. Their quick response and hands-on support made the whole experience even better.

Super easy to set up and use the surveys with a huge variety of templates to choose from. If you get stuck their support team responds very quickly and will help you through the issue too. I would highly recommend this app if you want to add surveys to your site!

Great app! Highly recommend! We get great feedback and it helps us find out how they got to our website when the analytics don't quite catch it. Has been a key metric of ours. We actually use this on both of our brands websites (fineusatrading.com and cranewellness.co) and it has been perfect. Easy to use. Great customer service. It's a no brainer for any e-commerce CPG brand!

I've only just set this up on my site, so this is regarding assistance with the setup. Jason was fabulous! I reached out to set up a time as I was quite confused and later the same day he was available for a video call. He stayed online til I was up and running. We tested most of the similar offerings in the Shopify App Store for a several page customer feedback survey and eventually decided on Zigpoll for our solution. Jason, the founder, was invaluable in the process of helping set it up for our needs and responsive to our feedback about one or two of the current features. Replies went above and beyond what one would has come expect from support these days and that means a lot to us. We will continue to use Zigpoll for our future customer outreach campaigns and recommend it highly for others just starting out with similar enhancements to their sites.

This is a very productive app! Takes a little getting familiar with it, then works like a charm. The support is out of this world. I would recommend it to everyone. I have not found any other apps that can do what Zigpoll does.

Great platform, has everything we need, most impactful surveys are already pre built too! Plug and play, start getting feedback immediately. We have already made 3 changes to our B2B wholesale store, adding information and changing the layout, reducing friction for buyers.

Very easy to implement. Interface is intuitive. The insight report for open answers really save a lot of time. Only request for exit poll is if there is an accurate way to catch when a customer is leaving without purchasing. But this app is highly recommended!

Great app, easy to use and perfect support. We are using it for several markets, only thing to improve here might be the translations which need to be set up for each survey again. Also sometimes it's not the most intuitive design, but in the end we manage to set everything up as we would like to and Jason is very helpful and gives quick support. Definitely one of our favorite Shopify apps.

Feature rich application with great support if you need it!

The app is really great and you can make a ton of adjustments to make it fit perfectly to your needs, including switching the language to any one you like. Also the Support (Jason) is extremely helpful and replied to my questions super fast. I recommend!

This app has everything you need if you are looking to get feedback from your users and clients on any topic. We started with a classic survey that we embedded in a dedicated website page. Super user user friendly and easy to set up. I only had one doubt about translation and Jason very quickly responded and show me how to set it up.
