So far this app has been excellent and the support is even better. i first used the app to see where the people came from that were purchasing which helped me realize my Facebook ads weren't as successful as Facebooks data might have you believe. I am now using it to ask customers who are abandoning their carts what stopped them from purchasing. this app if use correctly could have some real horsepower.

This app will give you instant access to more insights into your customers behavior. It is easy to implement and we already got very useful insights utilizing the post purchase & exit intent surveys. This app is meticulously crafted down to the smallest details, which is obvious as soon as you start using it and even more so as you explore all its features. I use it for countless situations involving surveys and beyond, because it’s also extremely flexible. Not to mention the customer support, which is really fast, straight to the point, and helps you find solutions in specific cases. In my opinion, it’s the best app for surveys, but also for quizzes.
